I arrived home around 5:15pm and I hadn't gotten anything to wear for tonight's party.

I sighed and sat on my bed, normally Abbie would have just given me something original to wear and things would have been fine but I feel awkward trying to talk to her after what we discussed yesterday so I'm gonna let it slide a bit before requesting for something.

Then suddenly I heard a knock on my window and my heart stood up.

Who is knocking at my window?

Who knows my address?

Could it be mom?

I doubt that.

Those were the thoughts that went through my head before I arrived at my window and pulled the curtains before pulling it up. It was that geeky kid again. "Urrrrrgh" I groaned "how did you get my address?" Was the first thing that came up.

"Well, I would have told you but...I am hanging down your window"

Then I rolled my eyes and let him in "so...back to my question?"

"Your phone"

"My address isn't written in my phone"

"Location"

Then I picked up my phone and asked "what do you want?" Turning off my location "and if it's about that party then my window is still open for you to leave-"

"Wait wait wait and hear me out" he slightly cut me short "lets make ourselves a deal"

"What?"

"Let's make ourselves a deal" he repeated.

"I know, I mean what do you have to offer me that would so all of a sudden woo me?"

"How about, if you, pretend to be my girlfriend for a month, I'll give you life time supply of assignments, like the one Mr.Dick gave us yesterday"

I first of all laughed at the name Mr. Dick, I never really kept teacher's name in my head.

Then I secondly laughed at his deal. "Do I look like I care about assignments?"

Then he sighed "okay..." Then he looked around my room, not a really stuffed up room, a bit messy due to the fact I was looking for what to wear. "How about this" he started again "for a month, 2000 bucks each week"

As soon as he said that, I could feel my jaw on the floor "you couldn't be more of a joker" I said.

"It's not enough-"

"Are you kidding me?" I asked "I'm so in. I'm totes in"

"So...are we going for the party or what?"

"Sure, if you're ready"

Then I quickly got dressed in a T-shirt and ripped jeans. Then we headed off (through the window) I didn't want my mom asking questions about my whereabouts as if she cared.

Then when we reached outside I thought of the whole thing and said "but firstly, rules. No sex, no internet announcements, no mom-dad-must-know, no cheating"

"Kissing?"

"Sure" then I looked around and saw a bicycle sitting next to mine . "Please tell me you brought a car or something"

"Am I supposed to?"

"Is that even a question?"

"We then, I didn't, but since you also have a bicycle then why don't we cycle over there"

Then I gave him this 'do not speak a word' look. Cause honestly if he did I could really pull off some of those locks "is this how socially distant people behave?"

"No"

"Well then stop disgracing your kind"

"I'm not socially distant"

"Yes you are"

"No I'm not"

"You are"

"I'm not"

"Explain sitting alone in the cafeteria"

"I...felt like sitting alone"

"Yeah whatever" I said and got into my car "do you know it's lame when the girl drives?"

"Why?"

"Because the boy always drives!"

Then we sat in silence for a while "you should stick everything I tell you to your brain while our deal still stands. It might help you alot"

Then we rode off.
