-Third Person-
The group had decided to stay on the ship for a few more minutes to relieve the tension. Because if they were going to face Thanos together, they had to be civil to one another. "Hey, are you all right?" Chenle asked Aria, who was tracing her fingers down her neck, to relieve the pain that was beginning to rise in it. Oh, my goodness, I can see how this isn't going to end well. Aria admitted to herself that she was becoming concerned.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine." Aria says awkwardly, and she could see Renjun getting irritated from behind her - and to be honest, Aria doesn't blame him. Chenle is a nice guy, but he's only trying to cause trouble now.
"She has super strength and enhanced healing, so she'll be fine." Renjun told Chenle, and the younger twin could feel the tension rising in the air, so Aria looked around at Quill, Mantis, Drax, Mr. Stark, Peter, and Dr. Strange, who all appeared to be perplexed as to what was going on.
"Well, I'm sorry, I'm just concerned about her well-being, as any good boyfriend should be." Chenle said to Renjun, and Aria looked over at Renjun, who was becoming irritated.
"Are you saying I'm a bad boyfriend?" Renjun, who was becoming agitated, inquired.
"Stop, guys -" Aria opened her mouth to say something, but Chenle cut her off.
"Have you ever saved her from harm?" Renjun clenched his fists in response to Chenle's question.
"Yes, I have." Renjun says to him, and Chenle laughs.
"Please, with high tech arrows? You only use those when she is a millimeter away from death. You only seem to be concerned about her when she is nearing the end of her life." Aria scoffed softly when Chenle told him.
"All right, guys, stop -" Aria tried to say, but was cut off again.
"You have a lot of guts to say that to me. You have no idea what happened, so just keep your mouth shut." Renjun told him angrily.
"Renjun, you aren't special to her; you don't have any special abilities. She has abilities, her brother has abilities, and I, too, have abilities. "You only have high-tech arrows and sarcasm." Chenle instigated, and Aria saw Renjun's rage in his eyes and went to stand in front of him.
"Ohhhh, I have a lot more than that." Renjun says this with grit in his voice, and the girl feels the unwanted tension rise once more. This is not going to end well; I have a feeling they're going to start punching each other any minute - no, any second now. Aria muttered to herself as she became increasingly concerned about what these two boys would do.
"What your big ego? Your sarcasm?" Chenle asked him, and the younger Parker twins saw Renjun take a deep breath and walk over to Chenle, and she followed behind Renjun in case something went wrong. "Renjun, you never seem to be concerned with Aria. You only seem to care about yourself and your stupid high-tech arrows when she's in danger." When Chenle makes that statement, Aria believes Renjun has had enough.
Renjun shoved Chenle back, as if he was about to punch him. Oh no, why did I have to teach him how to fight? Aria sighed quietly to herself. Aria stepped in between them just as they were about to do something else.
"You keep your cool." Aria tells Renjun as she places her hand on his chest, and then she turns to Chenle. "And you take a step back!" She yelled, slightly pushing him back. "You have no right to say anything to him, Chenle. You have no idea what we've done, Renjun has protected me in so many different ways. You only know about the high-tech arrow parts, but Renjun has protected me, and Renjun cares about me, so back off and keep your mouth shut." Aria notices Renjun walking away from them as she tells Chenle. He exits the ship on his own.
"I sincerely apologize, Aria." Aria simply shakes her head as Chenle apologizes to the girl.
"Please apologize to Renjun, not to me." Aria left the ship, leaving Chenle with Dr. Strange, Drax, Quill, Peter, Mr. Stark, and Mantis.
"I can't take it with him any longer; I tried not to be jealous of how close he was getting to you, but he crossed the line when he said those words." Renjun yelled as he paced back and forth, and Aria noticed that his hands were trembling and clenched in anger, and she sighed. Aria approached him and placed her hands on his shoulders, causing him to stop pacing and look down at his girlfriend. Aria locked her gaze on him, and he locked his gaze on his girlfriend.
"I know what he said was completely inappropriate, and you had every right to be angry with him for it, but almost fighting him? Renjun, we're not here to fight each other; we're here to take down Thanos, who is attempting to wipe out half of humanity. We must all stand together. I know it's difficult because you don't know him and I don't know him, but try to make peace with him for one day, and when we defeat Thanos, you can go back to hating him all you want, but right now, we can't afford to fight each other." Renjun sighed softly and pulled Aria into a tight hug after she told him.
"How did I come to be so fortunate to have you in my life?" Renjun inquired, and the younger spider laughed.
"Maybe our first period teacher, telling you to sit next to me." I tell him and he chuckled
"Yeah." Renjun agreed
"Are you guys okay now?" I hear Mr. Stark ask and I turn my head to see everyone walking out of the ship, including Chenle, and he looked pretty guilty about everything
"Yeah, for now." Renjun says and Chenle walked over to him and I stayed right next to Renjun, and I had my hands on his hands, just in case he was going to punch Chenle in the face.
"Renjun, I realize what I said was a little harsh. You're correct; I don't know the entire story; I only know about two events that occurred to you. You had most likely saved Aria from the danger whenever you had the opportunity. As you can see, I'm still filled with rage from when those people held me captive, so please accept my apologies for ranting at you." Renjun sighed and nodded after Chenle apologized.
"It's all right. Right now, we're all facing the same threat, but once this is over, I'm not sure I'll be able to forgive you for what you said to me." Renjun says to Chenle, who nods.
"Done deal." Chenle tells him
"Okay, are you all right? Are you going to have another fight?" Quill turned to the two adolescent boys and asked them a question.
"Everything is fine." Chenle says to Quill
"Oh, thank God." Peter expresses his relief.
"Chenle, I think you should go get your anger under control again." Chenle nodded as Dr. Strange told him.
"You're right, Stephen." Chenle walked away after saying this.
