Chapter 2: I'm Sorry

*Inhale, exhale*

The Village Hidden in The Leaves...

What a great place!

2 days has passed right after I finally woke up!

And I live nearby Lord Hokage's house!

Which irritates me! But at least Naruto helps me sneak out of the building!

Yeah, I know, Naruto and I share now the same personalities since I have the powers to copy someone through chakra!

And there is only one hint for them to know if I already copied that person and that's when my hair changes color!

~Flashback, 2 days ago~

"Hm, but I sense great power within him. Not only his spirit but his strength!" she looks at Naruto with kind aqua eyes and her hair suddenly changes color.

"What the?!" said one of the Jonins.

Her hair was the same blond as Naruto's. This confused Naruto and the Jonins even more.

~End of Flashback, back to present~

I then looked at the clock, hanging on a wall. It was already 7:33 AM so I decided to go wash up, eat breakfast and wear my new clothes. They said it belonged to a certain woman who was the wife of the 4th Hokage who sealed Kurama in Naruto 12 years ago, the clothes fit me because she weared when she was 12.The woman was named Kushina Uzumaki, the 4th Hokage's name was Minato Namikaze and Naruto was their son.

Although, Naruto doesn't seem to know his parents and everyone in the village hates him! Lord Hokage told me yesterday that Naruto is the 9-tailed beast's Jinchuriki and they said it nearly destroyed the village 12 years ago. So, I'm guessing that's why they hate Naruto so much. Also, I'm now going to start attending the Academy since they want to help me learn more about this world.

But today is also the day when Naruto can finally become a ninja or should I say Genin. Although, I'm not quite sure if he'll pass or not. It only depends on his hand signs and amount of chakra that will be needed for the Jutsu that will be used. Also, I've gathered enough information for one day but it's still not enough, so I decided to join the Academy and see if the information I've been given is correct.

After doing the most important things to do before going to the Academy, I grabbed 2 pouches and placed them at the back of my belt. I then headed to the Academy and there I saw Naruto, alone again as usual.

"Naruto-kun!!!" I shouted his name, making him look at me and attracting other non-ninjas at us. I was run to him and gave him a hug which made Naruto blush a little.

"H-Hey, M-Minori-chan! G-Get off of me!" Naruto pleaded.

"Oh, Naruto! Don't tell me you STILL like her!?" I then tightened my hug made him choke but it was worth it since I completely act like him!

"M-Minori.....cha.....p-pl...ea....se....ga..." Naruto said, running out of breath. Wait what?! I released Naruto that made him fall to his knees and allowing him to breath again but he completely breaths like after a person drowns!

"You ok?" I asked, which completely changed the mood.

"I-I'm f-fine..." Naruto gets up with his right hand on his neck.

"Anyway, good luck with the exam!" I patted Naruto's back that made him cough.

"T-Thanks..." and yet he still trying to get his normal, annoying, voice back.

"Alright then I'll see you this afternoon!" I waved to Naruto and headed to the classroom.

It only took a few minutes since the room wasn't really far and I'm quite surprised as I enter a room, a swarm of students approach me like they're being chased by a bear!!!

But I was lucky that the teacher finally entered the room, right before I suffocated!

"Alright class, now please go back to your seats!" she said, entering the room.

The girls and boys rushed to their seats and pretty much started gossiping but I didn't care much since I don't mind them talking about my blond hair.

"Alright then, since Iruka has to be one of the judges for the exams, I will be taking his place for today!" the Jonin said.

"My name is Kurenai and I'll be Iruka's sudstitute for today!" Kurenai introduced herself, even though I was just standing next to her because I will be introducing myself next!

"Alright then Minori-san, why don't you introduce yourself now?" she asked me and I nodded a yes.

I walked to the middle and started saying some things about myself.

"My name is Minori, please call me Minori or Mio! I am 12 yrs. old, not yet a Genin, Naruto-kun's only first friend and I'm The Sage of Six Path's adoptive daughter! And it's nice to meet you all!" I said, bowing my head.

Everyone in class starts making murmurs and I don't mind. Maybe they're surprised I'm the daughter of The Sage of Six Paths. Anyway, Kurenai-sensei told me sit wherever I want so I sat next to a girl with orange hair, that is tied up into 2 big pigtails.

"Hello, I'm Minori and you are?" I asked her.

"Moegi!" she answered with a big grin.

Even though, I'm probably the only one here who seems to be 12 yrs. old. Moegi, here, and the rest seemed to be 8-9 yrs old. I know, I'm the only one who's the oldest among all the students. I wonder what has happened to Naruto.

"Alright then let's begin!" Kurenai-sensei started.

Most of what she's saying is what I already knew because Papa told me everything about the Ninja World especially about the tailed beasts. Papa also teached me how to do The Six Paths Technique, Chibaku Tensei and The Creation of All Things but I only use those things for emergencies only including my Sharingan and my Rinnegan.

For now, I'll use my Fire Style Jutsus, Summoning Jutsus, Hidden Jutsus and Forbidden Jutsus when needed but I think I'll commonly use Fire Style Jutsus and Summoning Jutsus when I'm finally Genin!

~Skip to Recess Time~

It's recess and the exams are still on until 11:30 AM. I took my chances upon visiting Naruto so I headed to where the newly registered Genins are. Most of them passed and I didn't see Naruto among them, instead he was on the same swing set hanging on a tree.

I ran to him, calling his name loudly, and attracted alot of attention again.

"How did it go?" I asked him.

His head was down which means something BAD happened. Did he failed the exam? If yes, then he has to find a way to master the jutsu that he failed to do.

"Naruto, are you alright?" I asked him, tilting my head to look at him.

"I'm fine," he lied.

"You do know I can tell you're lying!" I exclaimed at him, giving a fright to answer me.

"I told you I'm fine!" he looked at the ground with his eyes starting to be filled with tears.

"You failed, didn't you?" I asked him which made him shiver.

"...," he moved his head going up and down, meaning yes.

"I see..." he then stands up and leaves, without saying a word.

"Naruto, I'm sorry..." I mumbled and then I turn my way back to the Academy. Everyone was looking at me. They started making murmurs that I don't like to hear.

"She should've not been friends with THAT problem child!" a girl said.

"That MONSTER poisoned her mind!" another girl said.

I, silently, walked towards the Academy and entered the classroom.

"Mio-chan!" Moegi called me.

I didn't answer her, instead I sat down on my chair.

Naruto...

I'm sorry...
