today I watched
a documentary on abortion
(from 9 years ago)
and to think that it is still relevant
is scary
because as a woman
(a child, really)
I do not know how my body may react to a child
if they will be an invader or an ally
and so I do not know
if I will live
or die
So dear republican men and women
or anyone who believes they have the right to speak for someone who
is
not
themself
she was just a girl
or a woman
who was probably scared out of her mind
with no one to turn to to
help her
so with every death
that you could have stopped
with every passed bill
that you could have voted against
it was your fault.
