Unnecessary Trouble

After breakfast Ocean and I went back upstairs to get ready for school.

I did my morning routine and decided on wearing a black sweater and a black ripped jeans which I paired with a white air force , after I was satisfied with my look I ran back downstairs to see ocean waiting for me at the door.

He was dressed in the same attire the only difference was that he was wearing a white sweater .

"Let's go Myst we're going to be late" he said while looking at the gold watch on his left wrist.

I grabbed my phone and back pack from the couch and we took off to school ugh I hate that place I thought to myself. The journey to our school takes like 10 minutes by car and 20 by foot, so I turned on the music to kill time.

Ocean turned the music off the second my hand left the button and I looked at him annoyed which caused him to smile and said
"Chill, I just wanna talk" he said defensively with his eyes trained on the road.

"Ok hit me" I said turning in the passenger seat to give him my full attention although I know what he wants to talk about.

"How do you feel about the whole werewolf thing" he said sounding as if he did'nt want to say the word werewolf.

"Ion know, I'm still trying to wrap my head around it, why would mom and dad keep this from us this long I mean I knew we were different but I thought it was just because we are twins", I started and Ocean glanced at me then back at the road and said "Same this is so much to take in". As he ran a hand through his hair, his signature gesture when he's stressed.

"You know It's kind of surprising that things that you'd only hear about in movies or fictional books when you were a kid are actually true...I wonder if vampires are real", he shook his head while saying.

"We'll get through this together" I told him while squeezing his hand.

When we arrived at school we were just in time for the bell for first session, I ran to my locker to grab my english general books and Ocean and I went our separate ways, he always makes sure that I'm good before he goes to class.

Sigh, Overprotective brothers. I thought to myself, I'm not complaining though.

When I arrived at class all heads turned to look at me and I flashed them a smile.

"You know it's me, tardy as always. Nothing to see here people" I said aloud and there was a chorus of laughter around the room.

Mrs. Rankin wasn't so pleased with me, she hissed at me to hurry and find a seat.

"Hey" I said taking the only seat in the back next to Oceans best friend Luka and he smiled at me... I have a crush on him but he doesn't know.

Class went by awkwardly and he didn't make it any better because he kept looking at me the entire time. Such a weird child, who sits and stare at someone for 2 hours?.

The ringing of the bell signaling that it was time for lunch brought me back to reality, omg I thought to my self how did 4 sessions of english go by that fast I wasn't even paying attention.

I gathered my stuff and as soon as I went out of class I saw my best friend Lukia, who is actually Luka's twin. she ran up to me and hugged me, she then began talking about my brother whom she has always had a crush on. I wasn't listening though (lol).
