"It's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring. " Mom says her blue eyes sparkling. She was always so bright and happy.
"Now we have to still be practical," My Father adds but is smiling anyway. My Mother's free and happy ways were infectious but also a cause for worry. The free spirit was a little too free sometimes.
"Now, Jonah, what if we were practical? We would never have met," She let's go of my hand and stands up walking to where my Dad is. She kisses him and her long blonde hair blows in the wind. I giggle and just as their lips touch the sunsets giving them a beautiful sihloette.
Suddenly the picture begins to change and the wind blows my mother to dust. I run to her ashes but I grow taller and taller until I tower above my Father and the field of flowers.
"It's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring. " The wind whispers and pushes me. I fall over and expect impact.
The moment I hit the ground I wake up I a cold sweat. I look around my room then I realise it isnt my room!
