{No one's pov}
The 4th grade classroom was glistering with a soft morning sunrise glow. Sleepy and worn out kids from their long day at every desk, paper and pencils in hand. The teacher at the front was holding a black expo marker in one hand and pointing at the bored with the other.
"Now I am aware almost all of you except for 3 people have acquired some kind of quirk?" most of the class nodded. A certain blond, spunky looking boy, a black fluffy haired boy with expressionless face, and a sweet small green haired boy, did not nod. The teacher continued to point at the bored, in big letters it read HISTORY.
"Quirks have not always been around in this universe" She exclaimed and continued with her history lesson on quirks.
"The first person EVER to get a quirk in the world we know was a newborn baby in Qingqing city, China" The small green haired boy in the back was aggressively writing notes in his notebook
"This newborn baby had the ability to emanate light from their body! After this occurrence many others started to have new and unique powers. At first they called these powers Meta abilities but soon changed the name to the one we all know today, quirks." she proceeded "No one could figure out why this had happened but some scientists theorized it was a virus spread by mice." the kids squirmed at the thought of mice.
"Roughly 80% of the world we live in today, have quirks" a boy in the middle front row raised his hand.
"Mrs. Isako...do you have a quirk?" the curious boy asked
"No kenji, I am one of the 20% without one, but that doesnt make me upset because my own natural power is teaching you all!" Everyone smiled at their optimistic teacher, even the constantly angry blonde boy in the back.
The bell rang and the class was dismissed, as history was their last period of the day. Everyone jumped up in excitement by hearing the beautiful sound of the last bell on a friday. They all began to pack their things. The blonde boy started to look at his hands, small explosions began to form in his tiny palms.
"GUYS LOOK AT MY HANDS" He ran to the front of the class dropping his things and showing the whole class the small orange and yellow bursts appearing in his hands.
"Impressive young bakugou, I bet you that it will grow into an amazing quirk! A flashy quirk for a future hero, it is perfect!" Mrs. Isako said as she bent down to his level. Everyone gathered around bakugou as if he was some super star.
"Wow kacchan that is so cool!" A little green haired boy said as poked through the crowd to congratulate his best friend. He was not acknowledged by him.
"Maybe he just didn't hear me, maybe i should just go...yeah i will go i don't want to ruin kacchan's moment" The little green haired boy mumbled as he went back to his desk. The boy with black fluffy hair approached him. "Hey Midoriya! It is just you and me left with no quirk" He didn't say this in a nice way, instead he smiled a eerie smile. "Oh wait...IT'S JUST YOU" He laughed aggressively and showed midoriya his hands. Midoriya was confused at first but then he looked down and realized the boy's hands had a puddle of water forming out of nowhere in them.
"I HAVE A WATER QUIRK" everyone quickly turned around as did bakugo eyeing the boy.
"Wow harumi that is so cool!" the boy called kenji said overwhelmed with how cool that everyone had a quir-...wait
