Hello potential reader!
I wrote one of these stories about Nico Di Angelo going to Hogwarts a few years back. It got a huge amount of attention and is to this day my highest read book.
Although it was well appreciated, I wasn't a fantastic writer and I literally cringe over the number of plot holes it displays. I had never done a big writing project like that before and it was a steep learning curve. It helped improve my writing and it got me through a lonely time in my life.
Since I've got a lot of free time on my hands, I wanted to write another story with the same idea. I really want to see how much I improved and have a bit of fun with it. Nico is a character very close to my heart and I really love his story.
I also apologise for not adding anything from the Trials of Apollo series. I haven't read it and therefore is not canon in this story. It is set six months after the Giant War and please just pretend that Leo had come back but had started his own shop with Calypso just like he wanted. Also, Jason is alive!
Just a little FYI, this doesn't really follow a rigid timeline. I know that the giant war was in June and the school year at Hogwarts starts in September, but I really wanted more time to have passed between the hoo series and this book, to develop relationships and generally give the characters a break. I also am aware that the Harry Potter series is set in the nineties and the Percy Jackson one is during the 21st century, but grant me some creative license.
