When he came to live with me

A Rollercoaster

As my fingers tapped the keys of my laptop, my mind tapped into another memory. It was of a sunny day from last summer. Me and Kev were bored and had started arguing when a brilliant idea had dawned on my mind.

"Let's go to the amusement park!" I suggested.

Kev was a bit hesitant but I managed to convince him. He drove us there and the first thing I asked for was the rollercoaster. He was denying and throwing tantrums like a small kid but I managed to get him on it. We had the front seat.

As soon as the wheels started rolling and I felt the adrenaline rush into my arteries. I heard him whisper,"I don't like this!!" Then we ascended gradually and I could hear him breathe heavily. We stopped at the top for just a moment and were going straight down in the next. Kevin was screaming like a little girl. He was petrified where as I was enjoying it. As we soared and plummeted on the track, Kev lost it and was tearing. He almost had a heart attack and was cursing like crazy. The random words he uttered made me laugh so hard. I could feel the air rush through me as we twisted and turned, buckled in our seats.

After a few minutes in the ride, we reached the start and halted. Kevin caught his breath and squeaked,"I might have peed a little." I laughed out fiercely and then we went for another round. Kevin thought it was broken and was terrified. He shouted at the top of his voice,"Stop!!! Help!!!" but no one could possibly stop us now. We accelerated downwards and I screamed with Kev. Then I felt his warm touch grab my hand tightly. It felt wholesome. He screamed his heart out as we followed the path we just took before. As soon as we stopped at the start again, he immediately unbuckled himself and ran off before it took us for another round. I burst out in laughter and followed him.

"You're such a baby Kev!" I giggled.

"I'm never going out with you again," he cried,"Never ever!"

Then we went to the park café and had some drinks and fries as we observed our surroundings rides. He was still terrorised as he recapitulated the ride and I teased him,"Surprised how a hunk like you are so frightened but a twink like me loved it!" He couldn't say anything and tried to change the subject. He started talking about the weather!

"Did you actually pee?", I interrupted.

He was embarrassed. I laughed till my stomach started to ache while his cheeks flushed. Later, we tried the cars and played some mini games before returning home.
