TENSHI'S POV
It is around 10 PM and Kakusareta ordered us to go to the Training room. It was sudden but I understand why it had to be done. The accident that happened awhile ago made a sudden change to our training schedule because we all had to rest because of injuries.
"Are you all much better now?" Kakusareta asked
"Better as ever!" Kagaku said
Everyone looked at me with uncertainty, especially Ishi. This is a Normal reaction towards this situation.
"Kagaku, I really didn't mean it to happen. I'm so-" I apologized to Kagaku as she stop my sentence
"No worries! I hurt you too during training so it's only a fair exchange hehe!" Kagaku said
She acts so positively over everything. I just wished it was that easy to do that.
"can we hurry alreaddyyyy? It's like bed time alreadyyyy!" Kasshoku whined
"Right. I called you all here to wish you goodluck." Kakusareta said
"W H AT?" Kasshoku said
"Seriously though. We don't know what will happen during the war but I sure do hope we will be able to come back here in one piece." Kakusareta said
"It's been quite a while since I've seen a Sakerarenai" Owari said
"Huh?" I said, jokingly
"What if they don't come?" Ki asked
"What do you mean?" Kakusareta asked
"W-well... Ki is right. Imagine i-if they don't a-actually come a-and they lure us i-in for a trap?" Mikasa answered
"Exactly." Ki said
"we have race leaders with us, don't worry." Kakusareta said
Honestly, I don't really see the purpose of the Race Leaders. They didn't even help during the tournament. Hopefully, during wars, they would actually do something.
What I was told, if I remember correctly. The Race Leaders of each race had their own Academy in different countries. In the past, each race had a base in different countries. One base each race specifically. After the war, Sakerarenais took over each race so the other races had to hide, that made the underground Academies.
"That is all. You may go now, thank you." Kakusareta said
Everyone leaves the room but as I was about to go as well, I was told to stay.
"I've read that before..." Kakusareta said
"Read what before?" I asked
"It's called a second form, also called as Dainin no Katachi (第二の形)" Kakusareta said
"How'd you know?" I asked
"I read it at a book at our library. It said that it happens to everyone but it is hard to activate." Kakusareta answered
"How do you activate it?" I asked
"It is unknown, but what is known about it is it's what killed Marielle as well. She had too many chemicals within her and it activated her Dainin no Katachi as well. Basically, it is dangerous." Kakusareta said
"Thanks for the information." I said
"No problem." Kakusareta said
After that talk, we went back to our dorms and rested. Aito knocked to my room's door and asked me if he could talk with me. I went outside then we talked.
"What's the problem?" I asked
"If ever something really bad happens tomorrow, can you do me a favor?" Aito asked
"depends" I answered
"y-yeah..." Aito said as he hands me a letter
"What is this for?" I asked
"Read it when my Anareshi glows dark 'kay?" Aito answered
(Author's note : The term "Anareshi glows dark" translates to "Dead")
"Sure... but I wont make that happen" I said as I smiled at him and headed back to my room.
Aito has been acting strange ever since the Tournament and I didn't know it'd go to this point. I never knew he had feelings because I thought his actions for me was as a 'best friend'.
I closed my eyes, and got into a dream.
It was snowing. I was standing in front of a big cliff. Someone was behind me... it was Aika.
When I try to go close to her, she takes a step backwards.
"Aika is that you?" I asked
She smiled at me with a tear in her eye as she starts bleeding a-lot. The sky got dark then she fell Unconscious to the ground.
"AIKA! WAKE UP!" I shouted as I tried to heal her with magic
" T h i s i s a l l y o u r f a u l t " she said as that sentence echoed through my head over and over again.
I woke up.
What a nightmare.
It was still late so I got back to sleep. This time, I had no dream nor nightmare.
Was it really my fault?
