As they were forcefully carried by the light that Mr. Allen shot at them, with Ribu yelling, "OH COME ON!!!" and a few...choice words, while Maya was just silent, her jaw wide open, Talia's mind decided that this was the perfect time to STOP for a moment and analyze what happened to her life for the past 24 hours for the sake of her sanity.

....Man, seems more like days.

Ok. She's the reincarnation of some woman named
'Tala', who's the goddess of the stars...she can sometimes talk to and see the memories of herself...she's the daughter of the literal DEITY OF CREATION...

Her supposed 20/30/??? -(forgot)-year old-mother's actually her 18-year-old-kinda-sister, her real parents are UNKNOWN, AND NOW...she is trying to help defeat her only-NOW-discovered-kinda-brother that's apparently working with this 'guy' that's she's assuming to be vvveeerrryyy EEEVVVIIILLL and now he plans to kill everyone here and he can because he's somehow super powerful now (how? ...she still hasn't figured that out), while she's here, somehow still conscious, being carried by a supernatural force, accompanied by a woman that was her long-lost?-kinda-sister and her angry friend, all of them wounded...and to top it all off again, SOMEHOW, they're deities. With MAGIC.

Oh. And she got a cool dagger too. That was nice.

But WOW. It's almost like her life turned to a cringe-worthy fantasy book.

And somehow, even though she knew she should be freaking out, like how a normal person would in her situation, she was...fine, like she had gone through all of this a long time ago. She just...forgot...somehow.

.....
One thing's for sure though.

Deity or not, she should've taken Philippine Mythology instead of Spanish lessons when she had the chance.

Her train of thought was then abruptly cut off short as she heard the sound of a door opening. She looked behind and saw a plain white door being opened by the light.

The light then ushered them in, 'gently' lowered them, and dispersed, having done its task.

She looked around. Looks like they were dropped in what would've been a pretty spacious room if it wasn't filled with boxes full of different things...funny how cafeterias are protected with magic instead of storage rooms.

They rummaged through the boxes and used some gauze rolls to bandage their wounds.

"How come deities can get hurt?" Talia wondered aloud. "Aren't we supposed to be immortal, or something?"

Maya grimaced. "That might've been true a few hundred years ago, but now...almost no one remembers us, so we've grown weaker."

"Exaxtly why we're going to help fight Apol," Ribu said, stumbling as he got up. "Whether Allen likes it or not-"

"NO!" Mayari held his arm, stopping him. "Didn't you hear what he just said!"

He looked at her, annoyed. "Yeah. He said, 'he got more powerful.' So I say, 'let's help him defeat that jerk, who's your brother.' Also, why did you not know-"

She shot back, "Family ties are confusing, ok!?! Also, do you really think us bothering Allen is gonna help?!?!"

Wow. If Talia didn't know any better, she would've thought that they were a couple with all the arguing that's happening-Wait a moment.
