You watched him as he circled you. "What do you want?" you asked, coldly. "Don't play dumb," he laughed. "I-I don't understand," you said, softly.

"Oh, Sweetheart. Don't play coy with me. I saw you hanging out with the Winchester's... so, where are they?" he asked, looking around at the dark trees. "I'm afraid I have no idea what you're talking about."

He let out a breathy chuckle, rubbing his hands together. "Right. Well..." he charged at you.

You screamed as you fell to the ground. You held him back with all your strength. His face was turning a bright red as he tried to break free.

"Silly girl. You can't hold me back. I'm a god!" he yelled, letting out an evil cackle.

You grunted, pushing back harder. Suddenly, a surge of strength came to him. He got a grip on your neck. You screamed, trying to catch your breath.

"Give me the branch!" Sam whispered to Dean. "Dad hasn't given the signal," he said back.

Fine. With or without the weapon, he still needed to go after you. "Dammit!" John exclaimed, motioning for Dean to follow.

They all ran towards you. "Sammy!" Dean yelled, throwing him the branch. He caught it, lifted it in the air, and with every fiber of his being, ran at the mumbling menace.

Just as he was about to plunge the branch into Chronos' heart, he turned around and threw Sam to the ground with a red flash. "NO!" you screamed, watching his body hit the ground.

You punched your antagonist in the face with all your might, but it wasn't enough. You struggled against him as he laughed in your face.

"Let me go!" you said desperately. "Aw, you really think that's gonna work?" he asked with a laugh before his face changed.

You heard a repeated deafening sound, reminding you of a hammer hitting a flimsy cookie sheet. You stared in shock.

John and Dean both shot at Chronos, and all he could give was the lightest flinch you had ever seen.

His countenance changed to this evil and conniving glare before the red light exploded from his hand again, throwing Dean and John. Sam gasped, and you saw his chest glowing. He's slowly killing him.

A rage came over you.

"Leave him alone!" you screamed, kicking him off you. You flipped yourself onto your stomach and saw the branch on the ground.

You pulled yourself across the ground with urgency. Just as the branch was in reach, Chronos grabbed your feet. You yelled, pulling against him, thinking that somehow it would help you gain strength.

Adrenaline chased through your bloodstream. He laughed. "I can already taste your adrenaline." He sighed, breathing it in, which gave you the perfect window.

In one quick motion, you push yourself toward the branch, grab it, and roll back onto your back, thrusting the branch into his heart.

His countenance immediately changed into shock, and he held the protruding weapon. His veins glowed through his skin, and the look he gave the blood that stained his hand was unsettling.

"Hmm. That was not what I was expecting from you," he said through a breath.

"I know your future, you know?" he said, getting the best of your curiosity. "D-Don't listen to him, Ladybug," Sam said, weakly.

"Oh, come on Sammy! You can't stop me or her from doing anything. Look at you!" He let out a menacing laugh. "What is it?" you asked, earning another laugh from him. "Speak!" you yelled.

"Okay, alright... This? This is it. You will never find anything like this ever again. You're hopeless, kid. It's all gonna be gone," he laughed. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?!" you yelled.

His laugh turned into a cough, and he dropped to the ground. "Useless piece of garbage," you mumbled.

You shook your head and ran to Sam, who had sat himself against a tree. "Hey, Hey... Are you alright?" you asked, placing a comforting hand on his cheek. He smiled and nodded his head.

You pulled him into yourself, holding onto him as if letting go would cause him to disappear into thin air.

"Bug?" His voice was strained a bit from how tightly your arms were wrapped around him. You released him, blushing in embarrassment. The look in his eyes sparked the flame into a blazing fire. Uncontrollable, yet it felt right.

The familiar magnetic feeling from your first night was enough to push you over the edge.

In an instant, your lips were entangled in a passionate dance, speaking so many words, but not speaking at all.

Finally.

The moment you had been craving since the moment your eyes met at that dance.

But one thought continued to frazzle your mind. That thought announced, over and over again that Sam can't stay.
