Okay so, first off this thing has over hundred views which is incredible?? but anyway this was meant to be a "get to know the characters and why I chose their names" but I had the really strong urge to draw redheaded Patton so... Yea. Anyway, I'm sorry this chapter is just kinda a filler and it sucks but I had a small anxiety attack last night so I'm frazzled. Now you get a chapter and a small paragraph ranting about how important love is.
So you will (someday) find that one friend who's an absolute asshole but is always there when you need them. Last night I texted my group chat saying that I needed someone to just start talking so I could read it to help my calm down and my asshole friend immediately starts talking about how Charles Darwin's pet turtle is still alive until I felt better and I just have to say I am so grateful. I love him so much even if he is an asshole and our relationship is based on mutually roasting each other and I hope all of you find friends like this.
So anyway, on with the chapter!
Warnings: once again, swearing. All the chapters have it so, yea.
Love from, Cora
When Virgil went upstairs he found a multitude of texts waiting for him. Logan had added him to a group chat, which he labelled The Bitches.
Princey: v did we get our #s rite in ur phone?
Lo💙: Roman, that was neither proper grammar nor spelling.
Virgil read through the rest of the texts, Logan and Roman arguing over whether grammar over text was necessary, while Pat and Remus spammed memes. He smiled as he typed out a response.
Me: yea, i got everyone
Lo💙: Not you too.

Logan was sitting on his bed reading a book on chemistry (yes, in the summer) when his phone went off. Logan didn't think much of it before he realized that it was the text tone he had set specifically for Virgil. He dove from his bed across the room to his desk and grabbed his phone, loudly knocking over his chair.
Stormcloud💜💜: yea, i got everyone
Me: Not you too.
Logan smiled as he looked down at the text. He wasn't usually one to use emoticons but Virgil was special.
"An emoji, seriously?" A voice said directly in his ear. Logan jumped and turned to find his brother reading over his shoulder. "You only use emojis for people you like."
"I- the emoticon is irrelevant. Why are you in my room, Janus?"
"Cause I heard a gasp and a crash and the only other time I've heard that and seen you use emojis in people's contacts is when you had that crush on Rem-" Logan cut his brother off by slapping a hand over his mouth. Logan recalled the fact, and the fact that he hadn't told Janus when he and Remus had dated.
"We don't speak of that." He insisted, removing his hand.
"Was when you had that crush on Remus," Janus finished with a roll of his eyes. "It's just us, Lo. Now I wanna hear all about this boy." He dragged Logan over and the two sat on Logan's bed. Logan avoided Janus's eyes.
"Well I, um," Logan quite honestly wasn't sure where to start. "His name is Virgil and I like him very much." Logan didn't elaborate so Janus made a go on motion with his hands. "He's very beautiful. He has purple-dyed hair and these gorgeous grey eyes that I could get lost in and he always lets me talk and he said he likes stars and knows some Spanish and he's really smart and he has anxiety and I'm rambling aren't I?" Logan stopped.
