Eleanor sighed she was tense as she drank her tea. She hated a lot of things but she tried to live a normal life. Her grey eyes seemed cold today as she read her book. Music played very lightly in the room. The door opened showing a dark figure holding something. She closed her book setting it on a chair. The figure came close to her covering her eyes.

Chains connected her wrists covering her hands. Eleanor was inside a box her eyes cover she list hearing voices outside. "That child is a killer look what you did to her." A woman's voice was heard.

"She is a bastard child. I did this so she could live." The woman scoffed. Eleanor moved to try to take off whatever is covering her eyes. She felt tugging on chains dragging her. She walked trying to listen to everything. Footsteps were heard coming close to Eleanor she tensed.

"Pandora honey?" Eleanor looked up at her.

"Yes, Mother?" Her voice was small as a child's.

"We are having a party. You are joining the family. You will have rules." Eleanor nodded knowing them.

"Do I need to recite them?" She shook her head no. The woman left. Eleanor heard footsteps moving away from her. Tugging on the chains she was pushed into a room. The scene changed she was in a dress hair perfect and cleaned.

The party went well until the end as a scream was heard in the Parlor. Blood. A man stabbed to death his blood pooling out of him as Eleanor had hold of the weapon. Eleanor breathed in sighing. A slap was heard in that Parlor. Her cheek was red from the contact. Blood was on her and the weapon she used to kill the man. Her eyes did not look mad anymore they looked cold.

"Take her." The man whispered to someone. Instantly she was taken by another man. Chains were back on her and eyes were covered as she sat in a small cell. Loud footsteps were heard coming her way. She panicked growing tense. The door opened and the footsteps finally stopped.

"Do you have a reason for this mess?" Eleanor whimpered waiting for him to do something.

"Yes father, the man tried to touch me in places I do not like." The man crouched down getting close to Eleanor touching her cheek. Her cheek felt warm from this foreign contact.

"Pandora, you poor child. You are forgiven, but not unpunished. You are going out tomorrow more for training. No food for a week." Eleanor nodded not moving to wait for a command. The man left the door slammed scaring her.

Eleanor woke up from the dream more like a memory of the past. She shook her head trying to forget. She looked at the time, three am. She took her hair out of the bun her hair reached past her waist. She got dressed into a less formal out still formal but not overdressed for any occasion. She sighed looking at the mirror her eyes looked cold. She grabbed her keys locking the door she walked for miles following the trail. She looked around feeling a presence seeing no one.

A mansion showed in the woods Eleanor could tell not many people lived here maybe one or two. Growls were heard behind her she was tense again. She turned around looking at the wolves not scared. "Hello, I am Eleanor." The wolves only growled at her waiting for movement.

"I am looking for Atticus your Alpha." One of the wolves moved past her waiting for her to follow. She followed not trusting them. The house looked huge bigger than the one she used to live at. They stopped at the door the wolves still watching her.

"If I wanted to kill you, you would be already dead." The wolves growled at her but she only ignored them. The door opened showing a sleepy Alpha. He smiled upon seeing her. Eleanor noticed he seemed dazed for a moment then looked at the wolves angry.

"She hasn't killed a wolf in a long time." Eleanor nodded.

"You are dismissed." The wolves left watching Eleanor.

"So what has brought you here?" Eleanor was quiet not knowing why. Atticus opened the door wider so she could enter.

"I am guessing something bad happened and You wanted me?" Her hands were clasped together as she walked into the big house. Maybe she thought. The house was big she looked surprised, not used to something this big. Atticus notice something was bothering her, her eyes seemed cold to her. She seemed put off wanting something. Eleanor looked around the house trying to distract herself. Hands were around her bringing her close to something hard.

"Something is wrong what is it?" Eleanor thought for a moment feeling safe in his arms.

"There is, but I am quite tired from the journey." Atticus picked her up a gasped was heard from her. She yawned feeling tired it was early and from what happened these past couple weeks made her try new things.

"You scared them."

"I have? Well, what I did say was true." Atticus chuckled hearing what she said. The winding of the stairs made Eleanor curious wondering why so many yet the mansion was big, bigger than the one she lived at.

"Why do you speak like the Balkanski family." Eleanor froze upon hearing that name she hated being related to them, well more of him the man that created her. Although when she was ever tired she always spoke the truth even if she hated it.

"Oh yes, that is my family. I was the bastard of the family. Very demanding they were of me. Punishments were harsh if I refused or did something wrong." She said through her teeth clenched. Atticus stopped putting her down. She looked around seeing pictures of a family. Atticus wasn't mad but he did piece the evidence he heard and saw.

"Pandora, I was there at the party every close relative and friends were there." Eleanor glared at him hating that name.

"Do not call me that." Her voice laced with venom. Atticus only ignored walking to the room. She huffed not moving she was mad now.

"Who knew you were the one thing my father hated. You are a Blackwood? I always knew you guys were not human." Eleanor quickly ran to Atticus. His gaze seems harsh the more she talked about it. She grabbed his hand knowing it would seek him some comfort.

"Yes, so how is Edgar?" Eleanor let go of his hand looking down.

"He took the company, I have not talked to him since I left or anyone there really." She said through clenched teeth. Atticus picked her up again now over his shoulder.

"You know you are very truthful when you're tired." Eleanor only hummed knowing it was true.

A creak of a door opened making Eleanor lookup. The room looked like a man's but very plain. She was tossed onto the bed. The bed felt soft to her. Atticus brought her close to him. "Do you have work today?" She shook her head no for she was off today.
