Chapter 22: Love This Doofus

Ross's POV

I've been thinking for the last hour in this car.

Did I make a mistake?
Now Laura is gonna get murdered.
And it's all my fault!
I hate myself.

I checked my phone, it's almost 2am, And I got... wow... So many calls from the hand and Laura, I didn't feel like talking to anyone so I left them a message saying, "Hey Guys sorry I left my phone in the car, I went to the lake to get some alone time, it's like 2am, I'll just book a hotel room for the night, and reach home at about 10 tomorrow, sorry for worrying you guys, now go get some sleep," I also voice-mailed Laura that too.

I went to a nearby hotel to book a room, it took a while, cause the lady at the counter had to "take a moment" to fangirl, take pics and flirt with me.

But when I got back up to my room, I was out like a light.

I woke up the sun shining through the windows. What time is it? About 8...

I better get ready, I wanna buy a bouquet for Laura for TODAY'S DATE!!

I gotta get ready!!

Oh I have a text from her, saying that she'll be at my house at 2pm, so I'll be at her house to surprise her at 1.30pm then! That's a good way to get her back!
And make her feel happy.

Note to self: Never let her out of my sight, I need to protect her.

It freaking took me an hour to get a bouquet of flowers for Laura. Another Fangirl at the counter today, oh goodie!

I drove home in silence.
Thinking, is Laura is still alive yet?
She can't die, I can't live without her...

I parked my car in the drive way and opened the door...

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSS!" Everyone (my family, the Austin and Ally cast)

"What. The. Hell." I said, "doofus I forgot today is my birthday!"

"How can you forget your 19th birthday dude? I know your forgetful but not that forgetful...😂" Rocky commented.

Well sorry I was worrying too much about the love of my life.

"Heh Ya....Its a first." I replied sheepishly.

"Well who is the Roses for?"Laura asked.

"Well for you, I wanted to surprise you at your house and give you these....but, um, here." I told her, and passed her the flowers.

"Oh, Um-Thanks," Laura said and accepted the flowers

Well this is awkward.😰

"Yo babybro! What's Up!!" Ruler said as he hung his arm around my shoulder and his other hand holding a slice of pepperoni pizza.

"Hey! I'm 19 now, and you still called me a baby?" I replied to him.

"But you are still my babybro though, even if you were 80, I'll still call you my babybro!" Okay, I just had a baby barf. Thanks Riker😒

"Aww my baby is all grown up!" My mum gushed, then she pinched my cheeks.

"MOMMMM 😣!" I whined.

"Okay your mom needs a moment..." Dad joked.

"Or maybe an hour," Ryland spoke.

"Happy Birthday to... You... Happy birthday to....you...." Rydel came out pushing a cake on a trolley, singing with Calum and Raini.

Laura's POV

Oh Wow...
ITS CHOCOLATE CAKE!!😍

And that was sweet of him...
I can't believe he still remembers what type of flowers I like.😄

"Make A Wish Ross!" I told him.

He nodded his head and made his wish.
Then the candles were blown out.

"So... WHO WANTS CAKE!!" Rocky screamed.

It's was delicious!😋

My phone got a notification, it's Laura on Instagram, she posted a selfie of the two of us eating my birthday cake.

"Loves this Doofus, Happy Birthday Ross!"

Well 30% of the comments were hate comments.

And more are good ones. About 70% 😄

"Hey so who wants to go to Knots Berry Farm?" I asked.

"ME!!" Everyone replied, "Well let's go!" I shouted.

"Wait the girls need 30mins!!Laura, Raini, Vanessa lets go!" Rydel screamed and pull the girls into her room.

Well this is gonna be fun.
Just hope Maia doesn't ruin it.
