Chapter 33: Sure, some discussion it is.

Riker's POV

Rydel? Ellington? What are they doing?

"What the shit?" I almost shouted.

"Shushhhhh! Don't let them hear you!!!" Laura covered my mouth.

Anger and shock overcame me. Though Ell is great, NO ONE dates my sister without my permission!!

"SHUSH YOU IDIOT." Laura glared at me again. Oops must have said it out loud.

"Ah fine! Are they dating? They better not or someone is getting punched," I growled. I'm very protective of my sis. I mean she's the only one I got.

"Well no one knows, Let's observe them." Laura suggested.

We spied on them while eating.

They were flirting, throwing salad at each other, whispering... you get the picture.

"They ARE dating!" I whisper-shouted.

"NOT yet!! Don't they always flirt?? Maybe its just them being 'friendly', Laura suggested again.

"You sure?" I questioned.

"Maybe we can observe more tonight when we're at the beach."

"...Fine. But I still-" I got cut off.

"OMG hi guys!! Didn't see you here!!" Rydel walked towards us and chirped gleefully.

"Hi Delly! Whacha doing??" Laura instantly turned as happy as her.

GIRLS.

"Um, Ell and I were discussing some ideas for a new song." Rydel smiled, though you could tell that she was nervous.

Sure, some discussion it is.

Ell's POV

Fine I admit it!

Rydel and I are dating.

We didn't want to tell the band about it cause we knew that her brothers would kill me.

We were able to keep it secret for almost a year now.

But lemme tell you, it wasn't easy.

We were planning to tell them tonight during the beach campfire/party whatever that is.

I think the family will be really happy, they have always been saying that we act like a couple.

My only problem is...

Riker.

I think its gonna be really tough to convince him.

Rydel is his only little sister.

I'm just gonna hope that he gives us his blessings.

Because... I love Rydel

Riker's POV

Now that I think about it, I'm sure they are just being their usually selves. They are always touchy with each other.

Ross and rocky have hinted to me that something was going on between them.

I don't think so. I love Ell, but if they are dating, and if they break up...

What will happen to R5?

We can't risk it. R5 is our life.

Then again, Maybe their love will be strong enough that it might last R5?

Okay why am I thinking about this? They haven't even confirmed that they are dating yet.

Anyways, we had out lunch and went back home. Laura is joining our family for a beach campfire tonight.We are gonna play some new songs and I can't wait for her to hear them.

Ross' POV

Damn Maia is a great partner.

Hot and cute. This might be kinda enjoyable. Maybe a real relationship might blossom.

Maia just left to get ready for the beach campfire we're having later.

I can't wait.

HOURS LATER.

We are almost ready to go to the beach. Maia said that we'll meet up there.

All of the food and equipment we need is in the van.

DING DONG!!!

"I'll get it!" I rushed down to answer the doorbell.

"Hey Ross! Ready for the beach campfire?"
