I'll respond with Japan. It's a thing I'll do and it's pretty nice when I can chat as the countries. So I'll add something in, but from the last thing, no one seemed to mind, but just in case here's a rule of mine:
A country is not responsible for there political leader and political choices, they also can redeem them self. For E.G. Third is not responsible for Hitler, he hated what Hitler did and has gone to seek help from specialists. He's not a bad country, but was run by a bad man.
