"What the hell" Gurt panicked falling onto his bottom. First, that Witch melted the weapons and now at this moment, he made a structure of some sort. The lack of light didn't allow him to see properly, however, it was clear who conjured it.

He threw a glare at the other man his boss, Fenil.
Fenil had always made him do unnecessarily risky things. Gurt the bigger man couldn't bring himself to stand whereas Fenil in comparison stood steady, possessed even.

"So what now?", Gurt hissed, but as soon as his question finished, the structure that separated them from the witch-like a wall shattered as glass would.

Gurt glanced kept his eyes over on the collapsed witch whilst also picking up the torch, "It looks like it expended everything it has"

"It definitely has", Fenil corrected not wasting time advancing toward the witch. He had that same calculating greedy as if he just hit a mine of gold.

Gurt continued to watch from a distance until he knew completely, it was in fact safe. Then he'd do what he was originally getting paid for. Finally struggling to place the witch up Fenil called him over, after looking left and right Gurt heaved a big sigh. His nerves now felt like they were on edge as if he got any closer to that strange being, his skin will immediately jump off his body. And then just when he placed his left foot forward his heart tumbled and his knees buckled him.

"What is it no..w?" just as Fenil completed his words, he sensed the cold on his arm. He turned to look before him, when he was met with burning eyes so deeply drowned in pink, they were almost red.
The chill engulfed his body scraping his entire strength away, the cold hand that had grabbed him felt ghastly like it didn't belong.

The witch didn't speak it was like he wasn't present, despite clearly being there.

Fenil didn't have the ability to move anymore and his upper body crumbled and only remained upright thanks to the grip on him.

The witch's free arm stiffly trailed over to the other being closest to him, which was the wolf, it took a while like he didn't see with his eyes but rather sensed it.

"HE..lp!" screeched Fenil in a distorted wail that hurt Gurts ears.

Gurt just watched helplessly with his heart now in his mouth, his legs didn't even allow him to run. The hand that Fenil reached out with, began to change rapidly, the once young hands wrinkled nastily, pieces of skin also began to discolour and sag.

Gurts whos entire body now felt even heavier, brought his head up and where his companion used to be was now a white-haired frail old man with more wrinkles than he wanted to count. His eyes were pitiful like he wanted to say something but those same eyes fell back into his skull, his form crumbled like dirt and what remained was a pile of dust.

The wolf, on the other hand, his fur began to grow darker and thicker, its whole body seemed to expand at least three sizes.

"Mon...nnst..err Monn..sst..er" Gurt struggled the words fumbled outside his mouth. Despite his growing fear, he saw how blood trailed out from the boy's nose and eyes as fluidly as water from a stream. It was a frightful sight but the witch remained in the same spot. Until by Gurts relief, the witch's frightening eyes shut and collapsed backwards and didn't seem to be getting back up at any present time.

It was his chance to take that horse and leave he was going to get up but a loud snarl echoed loudly behind him. Again, Gurts heart sank just as he was about to climb up another monster presented its scrunched face.

The fangs in its mouth were the very size of Gurt's head and if it had gotten any closer Gurt didn't doubt that it would easily crush him. But to his immediate relief, the wolf bowed and detained the witch in its mouth. Dragging it away shortly disappearing behind the surrounding foliage.

Gurt too whipped the horse frantically as his life depended on it, he wasn't chancing anything to come back for revenge.

"Child you are dying," a light echo of voice remarked.

Not able to move or even speak Sera could only listen to the nostalgic voice that entered his mind. The voice was laced with sadness, "That man...he did a very good job but he can't help you now, nor save you from my curse."

"You are in pain I know; my curse shall not claim you now. Only this once I will bear it as I am the reason you are like this." The voice didn't have a face

"But my child you need to grow up quickly."

"Your pureness only makes me proud but your power alone does not protect you. Others will proceed to hurt you and all you can do is push back. Don't allow them to. Do not forgive so easily and never back down. Grow up and don't allow yourself to get hurt."

"You are a good child don't let others take you. Don't allow them to pollute you"

With much difficulty, Sera managed to force himself to speak "wh...o..".

"My child you didn't inherit his hair, you are much like me..." the voice started to fade "my child" the voice repeated before disappearing completely.
