For our first suggestibility test, please place your device on a stand or some object to hold it in place.
Your non-dominant hand must not be holding anything.
You can also do this with you dominant hand holding the phone.
Make sure that you can read the text easily.
Do not swipe quickly. Read the texts carefully and image everything in your mind, do not say it out loud.
We need to make sure that as least movement as possible will be done.
While reading the texts, be aware of the sensations that you will feel on your body.
Do not stop it. Let those sensations flow in you.
This suggestibility test will determine how you react with physical suggestions.
