The whole Part 1 of the Suggestion Scripts will focus on Advanced Relaxation.

Part 1 is composed of three (3) texts.

1C. Massage

Make sure to read all three parts of SGST 1 before going to other parts of the Suggestion Scripts. This step is important because it will allow you to absorb even more suggestions easily.
