Make sure to relax yourself first.

Inhale deeply..

and exhale.

Deep breath in...

and out.

Raise your non-dominant hand around your shoulder level and stretch it away from you.

Make sure you are comfortable with your position.

Make sure that your hand is facing the floor.

Good.

Take note of the sensations that you will feel in your body.

After this test, state your feedback.

Nice.

Imagine that on your non-dominant hand, there is a helium balloon tied on your wrist.

Image that balloon right in your head, the color of it, the length of the string, its size. Everything.

Now...feel that balloon...

Floating and rising upward...

Together with the balloon rising up is your hand which is tied to it.

Your hand is floating just like the balloon.

It's rising higher and higher.

Once you see the word float, the balloon will get lighter and lighter...

and your hand will float higher...and higher.

Ready?

Float...

Let your hand rise up and float.

That's right.

Float...

You're doing great.

Now keep that hand in place. Don't move it.

Now imagine that the balloon is now removed on your wrist.

And now you can feel your arm getting heavy.

It's so heavy. It's like you're holding a few books just using one hand.

Your hand will now go down because of the weight of the books.

Just sinking, drifting, and going all the way down.

Getting heavier and heavier.

That's right.

All the way down.

And now...

You can freely move your hand.

The weight is now gone.

So...how does it feel? Did it work?

If yes, then you can now go to SBLT 2 for another test.

If not, it's okay. Do not force yourself. You can still take the other suggestibility tests which might work for you.

Please give your feedback. It will be highly appreciated.

PS: Read well.
