Chapter 6

I got to spend all night texting Rowan. I haven't done that in a while. I missed that.

The second I walked into school Joey came up to me.

"You need to promise me something" She says.

"What's up" I ask

"You need to promise me that you won't stay here because you're still dating Rowan here. I need you to get home" She says.

"I promise" I say.

"Good" She says.

Just as she says that Rowan comes over.

"Hi" I say to her.

"Hi love" She says and gives me a little kiss.

"I'll see you later" Joey says.

"Bye" Me and Rowan say at the same thing.

Rowan and I hold hands and start walking to class.

"Remember yesterday when you asked about October?" She asks

"Yes" I say.

"We can talk about it. After school." She says.

"Great I can't wait." I say

I don't really need to talk about it anymore since I read the journal but talking about it face to face would be nice

"Are you ready to talk?" I ask.

Right now we're sitting on the floor in Rowan's room trying to work on that project.

"Yeah let's talk" She says.

Maybe this will help me in knowing what Rowan was feeling more than before.

"Does Joey like me?" She asks. "I assume you told her everything" She adds.

"I did and she doesn't really care. She's just glad we're still together" I say.

"Good I never wanted us to break up. It was just a rough month" She says.

I wonder if my Rowan never wanted us to break up.

"I know. It's ok. It's over now" I say.

"I love you" She says.

"I love you too" I say.

We finished the project it was kinda fun. We basically had to do a review on a book we read in class and we got to color on it with markers and we got to to write cute little things on each others arms and stuff. It was fun.
