What if ? Part 2

                                         Hailey Last day  in New York City Reality

Jay woke up way surprised he woke up at 5:00 and not his usually 6:00 he didn't pay attention as to why he was wide an hour early then normally instead he just took his phone from his night stand and  started to use it, the he got a message that put the biggest grin on his face. he read the name that pop on his phone screen hailey. 

Hailey:  hey I won't be able to do our morning call sorry big case call you when I get the change 

Jay: Okay take care  

He was on his way to the bullpen when he remember Hailey text which took him out of reality for a little while. 

Jay's thoughts 

should I call or text no she is working a big case ,uh this is killing me is she okay breath in and out jay she doesn't play superhero like you do she will come back, she has to I need her she is my support in everything, I need her wait  what is wrong with me uh you think you would learn form past experience that happened would help him not make  the same mistake twice, but what if we could work what if we can do this we trust each other blind and we have something so deep, what if it goes to hell but then you never know until you give it a shot, and it's better to take a risk then to wonder your whole life what would happen if you took that risk jay was thinking so hard about this but then all of the sudden, got grad  out of his thought and into reality 

Reality 

JAAAY called Rojas for the thirty time today and it was only the morning 

O my bad you were saying  Jay told Rojas 

Rojas you good something wrong 

Jay yea no sorry lost in thought 

Rojas anything you want to talk about 

Jay nope sorry just thinking 

Rojas well Hailey did put me in charge of you  to make sure you didn't have anything on your mind to distract you form work so if there is anything on your mind you kinda have to tell me 

Jay laugh thinking about that night before she had to leave to New  York City the conversation his partner and Rojas about Hailey telling  her to make sure he was not distracted at work. He couldn't stop the ear to ear gin forming on his face, he tried to fight it but then failed,which only cause him to grin even more. 

Rojas saw the grin forming and immediately knew what was on this mind he was worried about hailey and then she remember  the text she got  that said she didn't have time to talk on the phone, today she thought long and hard of what to say to give Jay reassurance that she was going to be okay but she was worried  about hailey to but she need to make sure jay knew that she was going to be okay even if she had a little doubt. 

Rojas  said she is with the feds they well look after her really good don't worry they won't let anything happen to her and beside hailey can handle herself 

Jay amazed as to what Vanessa said he was surprised that she knew what he was thinking about, and he knew she had a point but he was so curious as to how in the world did she know what was going on in his mind,and  he was about to ask how she knew, but didn't which he later regret later    

Jay o your right I don't know why I'm worried what are you a mind reader or something 

Rojas said as she was going into the bullpen nah it's kinda obvious that you miss her 

Jay was going to question her further about the topic but got intruded  when he overheard Kevin and Adam talking about that Kevin's car had mystery all his tires flat, and on his windshield there was a note on it said you and your friends should grab your umbrella cause the storm is coming, brace yourself for the worst. Also protect your loved ones and  the ones close to you the most, cause you won't know the last time you see them.  Adam in shock as to what the note said it took off guard for a bit, but them remember the new enemies , they had just made a while back. 

                                                            Jay's thoughts 

Jay  hearing the words that came out of Kevs mouth sacred him a  little he was worried for Kevin. Then all of the sudden he was playing the word the hear from the warning note protect your loved ones  cause you won't know the last time you see them. Then he thought Hailey she was coming back today , later that night and they found the note today to. A chill run down his spin he felt like he forgot to breath at the thought of the warning note, possibility begin about her, was it a coincident, that last week the Doyle family was quite,which made them all a  little  uneasy but he didn't think much of it cause  she was in New York City. They all knew the Doyles would try and get Kevin to crack or follow the request they offered a while back, even if it meant they all could be possibly  in danger of what is to come for them all , but they didn't mind   putting themselves in danger Kevin was family and there was no way they were going to let him go through  this alone anyway, they were a big  family and they would get through this together  . He  would need to make sure she was okay make sure to keep eye on her to make sure the people that  threaded Kevin didn't lay a finger on Hailey he couldn't lose her remember when her and Kim got kidnapped. Then a unpleasant thought came to his mind, What if she was there target? What if he lose her ??? What if it wasn't a coincident at all but planed??? 

Hey guys sorry for the long wait the next one should be easier to write so just be on the look out,I may be taking a while cause I have my every first AP test coming up, and school so please be patient.
