Forty Three

<Third Person POV>

June 16th

'Did everything go as planned?' Bailey asked excitedly as Sean and Kaycee walked back into the living room together.

'I think it did' Julian chuckled pointing at the necklace Kaycee was wearing.

'Aww that's so cute' Tahani squealed running over to give Kaycee a hug.

'I'm glad you two made it up to each other. I don't know how much longer I could have went with Seaycee drought' Josh chuckled, slumped on the couch.

Kaycee rolled her eyes at him as she sat down on the armrest of the couch while Sean sat on the couch.

'So that's final. Everyone now has a date for prom' Bailey said jumping up and down.

'Mhm, everyone sure does' Sean replied his gaze fixated on Kaycee. Kaycee nudged his shoulder as he pushed out his bottom lip playfully.

'Well, I don't know about you guys but I'm gonna head back home, I think I'll give the new couple some time alone, but don't do anything naughty' Julian teased which caused Kaycee to blush like crazy.

'Yeah me too' Josh, Tahani and Josh all said agreeing with Julian. They all gave each other a friendly hug before leaving.

'Now, it's only me and you, Ricebowl' Sean told Kaycee bringing her down onto his lap.

<Sean POV>

Kaycee nuzzled her face into my chest while I held onto her making sure that she was comfortable.

'What do you wanna do?' I asked her playing with her hair.

'I don't mind. You decide' she replied yawning.

'I think somebody would like to get some sleep' I chuckled rubbing her cheeks.

'That'd be nice' she whispered her eyes falling shut. I locked my arms under her knee and around her back before proceeding to carry the petite girl upstairs. I laid her on the bed before rushing over to my wardrobe to find her some sort of pants to wear. After finding a pair of her sweatpants I walked her over to the bathroom, holding her hand to be sure that she didn't fall over.

She came back to my bed seconds later her cheeks rosy pink, while she wrapped an arm around my torso.

'Thank you, Shamu, for everything' she muttered bringing us impossibly closer together.

'Thank you, Angel for being my everything' I whispered back rubbing smooth circles on her forearm. I made sure she was fast asleep and comfortable before I even let my eyes fall shut.

It's crazy how things just magically changed in the span of an hour or so. But I couldn't be any happier than I was at this moment. I had everything back. My life was back to normal but now, the new normal consisted of Kaycee being mine, and only mine.

I tangled our legs together before I let out small snores indicating that I had fallen asleep.

June 17th

8:39

'Eeek, Seaycee's back' Serris screamed snapping a quick picture of the two of us.

'Shush, can't you see that someone's sleeping?' I said pointing my head in the direction of Kaycee.

'Ooh, my bad, sorry. Sarah wanted me to ask you if you guys liked the food?' Serris continued sitting on the edge of the bed. She let her gaze wander towards Kaycee before nodding in approval.

'Funny story, well not really. But we didn't actually eat the food. I left the garage as it was. Sorry' I replied chuckling.

'Don't worry, I won't tell her as long as you tell me what happened between you two. I can't wait to hear the whole story' Serris said excitedly. ' I'm gonna go, you better wake up now if you want to make some breakfast for your sleeping beauty' Serris laughed closing the door behind her.

I let my gaze travel down to the princess in front of me. How can someone look so cute while sleeping? Like that's literally impossible!

'Kayc. Kayc' I whispered poking at her shoulder. 'Ricebowl. Angel. Princess. Wake up' I mumbled turning my pokes into nudges. I untangled our legs before pressing a small kiss on her forehead. Her eyes shot wide open at my recent action, her eyes scanning my room. She must have realized where she was after a while because seconds later she closed her eyes again her head resting on my chest.

'I love you so much' she whispered hugging me tighter.

'I love you too' I said sitting up and bringing her with me. I brought her onto my lap placing her between my chest and my arms which were holding her back for support. She smiled up at me, her nose scrunching up while a dimple formed under her eye.

'You're so beautiful' I muttered cupping her cheeks. She giggled cutely before connecting our lips together in a slow but loving kiss. 

'Mmm' she said melting into me. 'I can't wait to go to prom with you' she mumbled letting out a sigh of relief.

'Me neither...Have you bought a dress yet?' I asked her.

'Yeah I have.' She answered brushing her hands in and out of my hair. I closed my eyes as I let myself take it all in. I was sitting in bed, with my love. It's doesn't get better than that.

'Have you bought a tux?' She questioned, looking down at me.

'Yup, well kind of. I mean I've ordered it, I just need to pick it up' I rambled losing my focus bit by bit when looking at her.

'You're cute' she whispered giggling. Oh how I love it when she laughs. I love it even more when I'm the reason.

'Wish I could say the same to you' I joked bopping her nose. She whined playfully, pouting her lips while giving me puppy dog eyes. Adorable. I let out a laugh before hugging her and turning us around, so that now she was lying on the bed while I hovered above her.

'Hey' I whispered admiring her beauty.

'Hey' she giggled kicking my chest. I lowered my body onto her pressing kisses all over her face.

Oh damn, I could get used to this.
