Chapter 6

Greylynn's POV

After I wake maddie up we gather are things and begin to exit the plane. We finally get off the plane and look around the airport. "This is a huge airport" I say looking down the hallway that seems to never end. "Yeah it really is. We need to find baggage claim so we can get our bags" Kenzie says. We find this screen that gives us directions to where we need to go. We head to the baggage claim and wait for our bags. "Wait who's picking us up" Maddie asked "oh right David said to let him know when we get off the plane and he'll come pick us up" Kenzie said typing on her phone. I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and I grab it to see a text from Jace

Hey you want to hangout tonight 😉

Ummm I'm kinda in California

Jace🥰
What??? When will you be back

Well I'm actually not sure when I'll be
back but it will be soon

Oh

I think Jace is mad at me oh well he never text me unless he wants something. I was sitting there in thought when I heard Maddie call my name. I snap out of thought and look up. They got our luggage and began walking outside waiting for David.

After about 15 minutes David pulls up in his Tesla with Natalie in the passenger seat. He gets out to help us and we introduce ourselves. As we are putting our luggage in the back I look at Maddie to see she's trying to stay calm. Lol it's really funny. We pile in the car and head to the house. On the way David was asking us questions about us and our YouTube channel.

We soon pull up to the house and get our stuff out the trunk. We walk into the house and a lot of people are there. People begin to walk up to us and introduce their selves as we walk through the house we meet the vlog squad and a few others. David shows us to our rooms. There are two rooms one with two beds and the other with one bed. I was so quick to claim the single bed but Maddie and Kenzie didn't have a problem with sharing. We begin unpacking what we have and getting settled.

As I finish unpacking there is a knock on my door I walk over and open it to see David. "Hey just letting you know there is a party tonight if you want to join if not it might get a little loud" he says with a chuckle. He is really cute I thought to myself not realizing I'm staring. I snap out of it and reply "oh okay yeah sure who's all coming?" "I'm the vlog squad, some of my other close friends, some of the hype house members as whoever they bring" "okay" I say with a smile "alright well I'm gonna go set up some stuff" "oh do you need help?" I ask as he begins walking away "no I got it thank you though" "okay" I walk in my room and sit in my bed until people begin to show up.
