Midoriya's Misfortune

so its been a while

Hi everyone!

I am the author of this book and I decided I would give yall some sense of closure and context. I first wrote this story when I was middle school I don't really remember how old I was but I was around 12 to 14 when I wrote this fanfic. I am now 19 turning 20 this year. I wont goninto much detail but ive grown alot from when I was 13 and at that time of me bei3nf 13 i wasn't ever really in a good place mentally. The original plan was to write this story until the usj arc which is essentially where we are at. I unfortunately will not be finishing this story but I will be re publishing previous parts as well as giving you guys a  summary as to what I originally planned to do. I will also be publishing this in my original account kimberlyleyva6 where I first wrote this story before editing it. I apologize if this instead ending you wanted.

Summery:

Izuku and Todoroki where never love interesting to me they were two individuals who went threw a lot of trauma together and as a result they feel as they can only trust each other. This while inherently not bad to trust others becomes a terrible thing when it becomes severe separation anxiety where they are essentially rendered useless when together. Seeing as the world isn't perfect and almost never goes how we want it to during the USJ they get separated. This causes Izuku to shut down and go crazy. As poorly explained previously by me his quirk is "copy." During highly stressful situations Izukus body forces him to learn and copy anything necessary to survive. Key word being survive. This means that he won't suddenly get an intelligence quirk because he's nervous about tests because those aren't perceived as life or death. As mentioned before Izuku and Todoroki have lived trough the same traumas and same abuse so when they are separated and izuku is thrown into water he is reminded of when be almost drowned as kid when he first developed his quirk, the second thing he was going to notice was Todoroki wasn't with him. This causes his quirk to go wild because he is not onle reliving his trauma he's reliving it alone. As this is going on in the other side of the USJ Todoroki quickly freezes and detains the vilans he was with by freezing them completely. He quickly makes his way in the general direction of Izuku seeing as mass amounts of energy is being produced by izuku. In the end izuku is calmed down by todoroki but not for very long seeing as the nomu is still a thing. The nomu ends up being otdered to attack the students but in doing so it triggers izukus quirk and he ends up copying nomus multiples quirks. This however backfires on izuku seeing as his body is exhausted and can't take anymore quirks. Had it not been for nomu having a regeneration quirk he would have died. In the end all might is able to show up in time to defeat the villas due to izuku accidently buying them more time. By the time recovery girl and medics get to scene Izuku looks dead. He is barely able to survive but he survives.

From here I had two endings planned.

Ending 1:

Unfortunately for Izuku the stress was to much for his body and as a result his quirk went dormit in order to let him rest and relax before his body gives out on him. As a result Endeavor pulls him out of the hero course this causes a lot of distress for both Izuku and Todoroki seeing as neither wants to leave eacothers side leaving Endeavor to decide one of two things have no successor to the Endeavor legacy or have his legacy follow both Todoroki and an essentially quirkless Izuku.

Ftom there it was up to you to decide what happened.

Ending 2:

Izukus quirk is now stronger than ever however that doesn't mean he can control it. Because of this Izuku ends up being mentored by All Might seeing as his quirk makes him a power house. Because of this mentorship Izuku ends up becoming All mights successor and legacy. I planned to gave time skip here to them actually being heros with Todoroki and Izuku being a hero duo both representing their mentors legacy with the key difference being they work together as a one not as rivals.
