When Yoongi walked into the apartment a mix of nag champa and stale heat smacked him in nose. Undertones of fresh bread and Home making the eldest alpha feel safe.He scanned the room, sniffing a bit, but Jimin's scent was weak and vacant, meaning that he must still be on the balcony. So Yoongi huffed, pulling off his coat and tossing it aside before making his way to the sliding glass doors and smiling at the sleeping hybrid on the porch swing. Curled into himself, smiling softly, Jimin looked like a perfect angel.
Calmly, as he felt he had all the time in the world, he slid the glass door open. Glass panels clanking together, Yoongi stepped outside and walked over to Jimin, shaking the younger awake gently.
"Hey, kitten, I'm home."
Jimin rustled in his sleep, his arms pulling out from under his yellow blanket to rub his eyes, a small yawn escaping his lips. He registered Yoongi's scent before he noticed Yoongi's presence, his eyes flying open as he looked up at the older, the orange light from the sun beginning to set, lighting up his already excited face.
"Yoongi!" He smiled, sitting up in the bench. "How long have you been home?"
"Just got here, had to stop by Kook's and grab my jeep- ah- careful." He stepped back as Jimin went to hug him, "If you get to close you'll smell JK on me." Yoongi warned.
"Oh," Jimin pulled his arms back, resting them in his lap with a saddened look on his face. "Did you see the muffins on the counter? I made blueberry and strawberry, and I made chocolate bread... if you like that, that is."
Yoongi giggled at the others disappointment, "I'll go shower and you warm some up for me? Then we can cuddle okay?"
"You said we had to talk..." Jimin muttered, pulling on the yarn of his blanket.
"We can talk and cuddle- knowing you it'll lead to that." He said, and despite his joking words his tone was soft an he smiled so big his gums went onto display, "Okay baby?"
That made a light pink settle onto Jimin's cheeks as he pulled the blanket up to cover them. "Okay..."
"Okay~" Yoongi repeated softly, smiling once again, before spinning on his heal and walking back inside.
When Yoongi re-emerged from the shower, Jimin was already curled back up on the couch, a warm cup of milk and mug of fresh coffee next to some muffins on the coffee table. He smiled softly, sitting down on the seat next to Jimin's head, and ran his hand down the sleeping omegas ear's, "Hey Minnie, I'm back."
Jimin groaned as he started to wake up, his ear twitching against Yoongi's hand. "Five more minutes..."
"You sure?" he asked, scratching slightly right where Jimin's hair started and the ear stopped while he leaned over to grab his coffee.
"No," Jimin groaned as he sat up, a small yawn escaping his lips. "What time is it?"
"Almost four, I had to scrub for a while to get Koo off of me- sorry kitten." Yoongi winced, knowing the younger probably didn't need to hear about him smelling like someone else when he was still right out of heat, "Cuddle?"
"Yes," Jimin pouted, wrapping himself in the yellow blanket and leaning onto Yoongi. "What did we need to talk about?"
The alpha huffed, not being satisfied with the position, and easily lifted Jimin into his lap, helping the hybrid turn so that he was straddling Yoongi; head resting on his chest as he yawned. It reminded the elder of Monday, the alpha talk. The obedience.
"I'm sorry." he said, his head falling back against the couch, "The alpha talk- god Jimin I am so- so sorry."
"It's okay," Jimin muttered, snuggling into Yoongi's chest. "I know you didn't really have another choice."
