Chapter 3 part 3

Shadow: "Well Sonic..what is it?"

Sonic: "Th-that's a...chaos emerald!?"

Shadow: "Hmph..well aren't you smart."

Sonic: "But- but how?! How did it get here?! Most importantly, why is it here?!"

Shadow: "Oh don't worry, I was in shock as well. I was casually looking around here and all of a sudden, Monochao appeared and just gave this to me."

Luigi: "He gave it to you?"

Shadow: "Of course he did. Don't know why he did but he gave it to me."

Sonic: "Wait..then..does that mean the other emeralds are here as well?!"

Shadow: "Not that I'm aware of but I may keep an eye out for them. They could be of some use."

Sonic: "Well hey, if anymore happen to show up, let us know!"

Shadow: "Hmph, sure whatever. That's all the time I have for you both, please exit."

Sonic: "Wait what about the emerald?!"

Shadow: "I'll keep an eye on it, trust me. Now go."

Sonic: "A-alright. Let's go Luigi." Me and Luigi left the awards room. While we were exiting, we saw a few of the others grouped together near the pool. We decided to go near them.

Daisy: "Sonic! Luigi! Heyy!"

Luigi: "Hey!"

Sonic: "Are you all going for a swim or?"

Silver: "Not necessarily."

Sonic: "Oh? So where are you all here then?"

Daisy: "So you know how the mood has been kinda down lately?"

Sonic: "Well..yes, why do you ask?"

Daisy: "Welll I saw that there is a roller skating rink open now and I thought we should all have a party there!" A party huh? Kinda strange to have it during this time but..I guess I see nothing wrong with it."

Sonic: "I mean, if the others are fine with it, then I'm good with it as well."

Silver: "I don't see a problem with it really. It can help us get our minds off of all of this."

Yoshi: "I-I agree with Silver.."

Wario: "When exactly are we having it?"

Daisy: "I was thinking tomorrow night if that's good with you guys."

Blaze: "That should be fine with me."

Wario: "That'll work for me, if I ever get out of bed that is."

Luigi: "That's good with me but I would have to get Mario out of his dorm somehow."

Silver: "How's he handling things?"

Luigi: "Ehhh, not too well.."

Sonic: "He looked like a mess when we went to check on him and he kinda shut us out as well."

Daisy: "Mario did that?!"

Yoshi: "Th-that doesn't seem like him at all.."

Luigi: "Y-yeah.."

Daisy: "But hey, if we can get him to attend the party, that would be a plus!"

Luigi: "Yeah, that's true. I hope he does attend."

Monochao: "Ahem, attention all players, please report to the stadium for a very special announcement! Yes that includes you Mario, I know you've been hiding!" Well this can't be good.
