(Joan's POV)
I tied the laces to the kicks I was wearing to a Greenday concert I was going to tonight with my friend Derrick. I was going to bring Charlee, but she had work tonight and I was planning to meet some concert candy anyways.
Don't get me wrong, I may seem like a bastard player and all I did was fuck around with girls, but I did look for love but nothing could make me feel the way I did when I was with Charlee. No one was as great as her. No one ever kept me around for so long like she did. It was weird. And I didn't like to think about it.
Derrick slammed on his horn infront of my house, and I slipped my leather jacket on and strode outside.
I gave him a greeting nod as I slid into his sleek, black corvette.
He eyed me. "You look sexy, Joan."
"Like always." I replied casually, reclining back into the leather seat as I prepared for the long car ride to the city.
"Charlee couldn't come with us?"
"No, she had work."
"Oh, where does she work?" Derrick asked. He was the only one who knew about the way I felt about Charlee, which, respectively, made her off limits to him.
"Some daycare called Summerhill."
"So she likes kids?"
"Loves them." I said.
"So you'd adopt some if you married her?"
"I think we're thinking too much ahead of ourselves." I said with a laugh, fixing my dark red lipstick in the mirror. It almost matched my hair.
"Yeah. Maybe. You know, it's been months -- almost a year. When are you going to make a move? It's senior year, you're running out of time."
I turned to look at him in the dark car, lit only by the street lights outside and the lumination from the car radio.
"I tried last weekend. We cuddled. But that's it. She told me she might be gay for me." I snickered. "I didn't know what to say. I don't want to scare her away."
Derrick nodded and glanced over to me, then back at the Highway. "Let's say you guys got together. Actually together. You would stop hooking up with other girls?"
I was quiet for a little, hesitant on answering. "Well yeah."
"If you say so."
The entire car ride was silent, but the occasional fangirling over the concert. When we finally got ther', the entire dome was lit up in brilliant lights and there were herds and herds of people there. All lined up to get their tickets, and we were thankful we bought ours online.
We made our way to the ticket guy, who let us in to the crowded concert area. We got pretty good seats, a few aisles from the front of the stage even though we wouldn't be at our seats for long.
"Damn, lots of people here." Derrick said loudly, even then he had to bend down to yell in my ear because of the loudness of everyone's excitement.
"I know. If one more person bumps into me I'm punching them in the face!" I yelled back.
For what seemed like hours, finally the dome got dark and colorful lights beamed onto the stage, and blasts of confetti burst out of no where. The band emerged, and everyone went absolutely wild. Derrick and I included.
They jumped right into their first song, and music boomed across the dome, heavy bass making our bones vibrate.
Alcohol sprayed from the stage, hitting those in the front and got me and Derrick too, and the people behind us.
I laughed, and we walked to the center of the crowd, hoping to get a better look of the band members.
Music and their hard voices rang, and we swayed to the music, elbow to elbow with crowds of people.
I was completely enthralled in the song and the voices, that I didn't notice the voluptuous body swaying against mine infront of me.
I looked down now, and the girl and mines hips moved in sync against eachother, and she had her arms up like alot of the crowd.
She had straight black hair that was mediumly lengthed and layered with electric green highlights. She wore a tight fitting black and white tanktop and a leather skirt, with three inch heels. She was fair skinned but you could tell she had a small tan, and I could not see her face yet.
I couldn't resist and I set my hands down on her hips to help her swing side to side with the music.
She didn't seem to mind and pressed further into me, and I leaned down and sweeper her hair away from her neck and kissed the skin there, and began to suck on it.
Despite the heavy music, I could hear a low moan coming from her lips.
I continued the groping and fondling of her all the way up until the concert was over, and by this time my arousement level was through the roof.
We walked out together, my hand at her hip and her hand around my waist, and I could finally see her face clearer.
Her eyes were grey and she had dark eyeliner on with pink lipgloss that Suprisingly hadn't worn off completely due to our constant making out.
"So did you enjoy the concert?" I asked, which might've been a little awkward because we haven't spoken this whole time, the only noises we exchanged were moans.
"Yeah, it was pretty fun. I would've been able to concentrate more on the songs if it weren't for your lips." she grinned devilishly.
"Im sorry for distracting you." I said with a wink, and I held her hand. Derrick was waiting for me in the car. "I think I should probably get your name now, huh?"
She laughed. "I'm Stephanie. And you?"
"Cute name. I'm Joan. The name you'll be calling out later tonight, I hope." I sexily nibbled on her knuckles, grinning.
She laughed again and pulled herself close to me. "Im a sucker for cheesy pick up lines. Sure, if you can take me home in the morning."
It still amazes me how girls can be so easy. I think Charlee is definitely the only girl left on the planet who isn't like everyone else. Who isn't easy.
"Deal." I lead her to Derrick's car and we slid into the back seat.
