Chapter 5:Going back

"Why are you so worked up about this? I'm not wrong, being gay is disgusting.(I don't agree with this I'm an LGBTQ+ supporter) Said the grape perv. "I'm mad because you can't talk bad about something you know nothing of. My whole life I've been beaten down and abused for being quirkless and gay because that means I'm useless to society. You don't know how hard it is to live like that, to be hated by the world..." And with that Midoriya broke down crying. Shiro and Kolivan gave him a big hug trying to calm the young boy as the rest of the paladins just glared at  them. "Young Midoriya please come back with us. We know we have wronged you but please give us a second chance." Said All Might looking at the boy with pleading eyes. "I'll come back but you all better leave me alone, aside from the people that actually trusted me." Said the young boy as he wiped vigorously at his eyes. 'That's fair, we deserve that' they all thought. "you hurt the kit and the Blades will hunt you down and give you slow painful death." growled Kolivan as he put away his blade. The others looked at him with fear, not knowing if he was telling the truth. "Calm down dad, I'll be fine." Said the boy giving Kolivan a hug. "Dad!" They all yelled. "Well I see Kolivan and Shiro as father figures so I call them dad. I also see the other paladins and Blades as family so we address each other as such." Said the boy as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. With that the Paladins and Kolivan left as Izuku went to say goodbye to everyone he met here. After he told them everyone was upset. He could tell they were sad but to cheer them up he  told them that he would send the guards videos of him singing daily. Everyone was happy to hear that but still sad he was leaving but they knew he would come to visit. Little did they know they were going to see a lot more of him but we'll get to that later. He gave everyone a hug then walked back to the others. They all left and headed back to UA. Izuku wasn't very happy and everyone could sense that. They knew that he was mad at them but they thought he would at least talk to them, so they tried to start up a conversation. "So what have you been doing in prison....?" "Making it a better place for everyone there." "Really, how so?" Asked Mic getting interested. "I gave the people there joy and more freedom within the prison because I brought out the good in them. In the end we are all the same but sometimes we are set off track and just need a little push back in the right direction." He said with a smile. Mic and Aizawa were happy to hear that he had gotten some confidence to speak his mind but is still the sweet person he always had been. "How did you bring them joy?" Asked Momo confused. "I sang for them and I will continue to even though I'm going back with you guys." "You sing?" Asked Jirou curious. "yeah I do, it helped me in dark times so I write my own songs."He said smiling at the memories of all the times music was there for him when no one else was. "Can you sing for us?" Asked Aizawa wanting to heard how good the kid was as everyone else nodded. "Fine." He replied slightly annoyed.

Everyone was shocked to say the least they all thought he would sing a happy song but I guess not. "Why did you write that song...?" Asked All might with concern. "I was getting bullied and thought life was against me but never truly finished the song because things got better until recently... I was only living for my mom because I didn't want to leave her behind but turns out she could still leave me..." He said getting sad thinking back to what happened. "Wait what do you mean by 'She could still leave me' what happened to auntie Inko?" Asked Bakugou getting worried about his mom's best friend. "The night before I was taken she passed away... it was my fault..." He said starting to tear up. "What do you mean it was your fault, what happened...?" Bakugou asked getting even more concerned. "She passed because of the stress I caused her... she was worried about me getting hurt being a hero and the stress killed her..." He finally said breaking down. Bakugou was shocked, he didn't know that Inko passed away and clearly neither did his mom. How was he supposed to tell her that her best friend since high school was gone? While Bakugou was busy spacing out Aizawa and Mic went to comfort the person they considered their child. They gave him a hug and rubbed his back trying to calm the boy. Now they were starting to understand why he thought the world was against him. "Young Midoriya do you have anyone to stay with...?"Asked All Might. "No she was the only one I had left." He said sadly. "What about your dad?" Asked Cementoss wondering what happened to him. "He left when I found out I didn't have a quirk because he didn't want 'a useless child that can't do anything.'" He said thinking back to how he lost everyone. Now everyone was sad, they thought that he was such a happy person with the perfect life but they were completely wrong. Without thinking Mic said "Me and Shota can adopt you, and you can live with us!" He said happily. " Really, you would do that for me? I don't know, I don't want to intrude on your personal space..." 'He is so sweet, how could we think he was the traitor?' They all thought feeling so guilty. "Totaly, we don't want you living on the street do we?" Said Yamada smiling at the boy. Izuku then broke down crying, happy that he was going to have a new family. 'Maybe life wasn't so bad after all' he thought and with that he fell asleep.
