Husks pov

Vaggie got all of us rounded up and you bet I was pissed. I was in the middle of trying to get drunk! But nooo. Just couldn't leave me alone now could ya? All-cause there's a new bitch.  She brought everybody into a room Charlie calls "The cheery meeting room", and I was drinking at the time she said that, and I almost puked. I would never use such a happy name for a room that could have me fired in.

I saw everybody there and angel blew me a kiss as soon as I walked in. I sat as far away from angel dust as possible. I was sitting next to nifty (probably the only one I can tolerate cause she isn't in my face, she just kinda avoids me) and there is an empty chair right next to me. Great... This random bitch is gonna sit next to me. These are the last 2 chairs in the room so I was fuckin pissed but tried to calm myself down with more booze. Just calm down husk...

(Y/n)s pov 

After Charlie gave that little speech about how I have to socialize with these random people/demons, I got kinda nervous. It was all an act before, but now I have to talk to them.  What if I make a bad first impression?? It was easier with the bunny and James (bleh), cuz I know I won't be seeing them anytime soon, but these are people/demons that I'm gonna spend a lot of time with.  What if they end up hating me? Will they think I'm annoying? Probably...Well, I might as well try to make a good first impression.

"Um, hi.  My name is (Y/n) (L/n)."

The girl with the striped suit was the first one to talk.

"Hey babe, the names angel dust."

Turns out the demon I presumed to be female was actually male. 

"Why, hello darling! Quite a pleasure to meet you! Quite a pleasure! The names Alastor!"

The man who was wearing the shit-eating grin started to shake my hand to the point it felt like it was gonna fall off.

"I hope you enjoy working here at the Hazbin Hotel!"

He finally let go of my hand. His grip was starting to hurt so when he let go, my hand was a little red.

The girl with the hot pink hair ran up to me and started talking.

"Hi!! I'm Niffty! Oooo! I love your dress! Or is it a 2 piece set? Where did you get it? Can you tell me? Wanna be friends???"

It surprised me how many questions she was asking, but I tried to answer them all. 

"Thank you, it's a 2 piece, I got it at the clothing store a few blocks down, and I...I guess "

I wasn't really use to making friendships that would last longer than a couple of months. I hope that I'm a good friend to her. She seems to innocent to be here in hell. Wonder why she ended up here.

"Really!? Yay!!! Alastor! I  made a new friend!"

"That's Wonderful, Niffty dear!"

The dapper man said to be Alastor seemed to go hand in hand with niffty. They were both cheery as ever and if niffty had a different color palette, you could mistake them for daughter and father. 

The Vaggie girl walked up to me and gave me a reassuring smile and said

"Hey, I'm vaggie. I'm the hotel's manager. If there's anything you need concerning the hotel or with your job, you can come to me or Charlie."

The 'Angel dust' guy seemed surprised at Vaggie. Maybe she wasn't this friendly to everybody.

"Thanks, Vaggie,"  I say with a small smile
