Sirius Black ~ 3AM

Summary: You fall asleep with Sirius and wake up at 3 AM, a bit bored and not knowing what to do without waking the boys up.

You felt your eyes peel open, adjusting to the darkness. You checked your watch and noticed it was three in the morning and you were in bed with your boyfriend. Sirius was lying next to you, arms wrapped around you and fast asleep, much to your dismay.

You stayed still for the first few minutes but the lack of movement and light bored you and led you to shake Sirius awake,

"Ugh, is it time to get up already?" You giggle as he holds you tighter, his raspy voice vibrating into your shoulder,

"No, it's three in the morning, I can't fall asleep." You look at him innocently, you knew he wouldn't be able to stay angry at you for long.

He sighed and said,

"Well, then. Now I'm not going to be able to fall asleep again, let's do something"

"Yayyy!" You quietly cheered as he chuckled, reaching under his bed to grab his pick of exploding snap,

"Wait, what are you doin?"

"I thought you wanted to play a game?"

"Yeah, but we have to be quiet unless you want a cranky Remus in the morning"

The horror that filled his eyes was laughable,

"Maybe you have a point, what did you have in mind?"

You thought for a bit when an idea struck,

"Have you ever played muggle card games?" You smirked at him as he shook his head,

"Okay, wait here." As quietly as possible, you crept up to your dorm and grabbed your cards, trying not to wake the girls. Sirius thought a cranky Remus was bad, he obviously hadn't met a cranky Lilly.

Once you made it back to the dorm, you jumped into bed, craving the warmth of the blankets and duvet. You both sat on either side of the bed, blankets wrapped around you like capes, when you were comfortable, you began to explain the game...

"Wait, is the ace above the king or below two?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Does the ace count as one, or is it above the king?"

You tried. You tried explaining the game. It just led to more and more questions, which then led to you becoming more and more sleepy. You yawned as Sirius laughed, it was around five in the morning and you both had lessons.

"Come 'ere doll, let's go back to sleep"

You grumbled, reluctant to fall back into slumber however you couldn't say no to that bastard. Sirius put the cards aside and pulled you into his chest, snuggling into you. A few kisses and sweet words brought you both to sleep, not ready for the hectic morning that was to come.

"Oi, you two lovebirds, get up, get up, get up!"

"James, fuck off"

"That hurts, you hurt me Y/N"

"Good" You mumbled, not moving. You were too tired to get up, you stayed where you were,

"Y/N, can we skip lessons today?" Sirius muttered into your ear,

"Sure, but you're telling the children."

He groaned and turned to the faces of James, Remus and Peter...
