Chapter 14: Reveal

“I’m Darkiplier.”

Oh no! It is Dark! I didn’t know that he exists. What did he do to Mark? I hope that Mark is okay. I feel so worried right now. I am worried about Mark. I am also worried about my life.

“I like that look of fear on your face.”

“Dark, what did you do to Mark? Where is he?!”

“Why do you care? Oh yeah, it’s because you love him. You know what? He is dead. I killed him.”

“NO! That can’t be true…!” I began to cry. Mark can’t be dead. I will never accept it.

“He’s gone. Isn’t it obvious? That’s why I’m here. You’ll die too, Aaron. No one is going to save you. Your fate is in my hands now.”

I tried to struggle but the rope is too tight. I can’t escape. Is this the end of me?

“It’s no use. Struggle all you want, you’ll just waste your energy.”

I don’t want to die yet but it is impossible to escape. “Why do you want to kill me?”

“It’s because your love for Markiplier is making me weak! I hate it. It’s hindering me from getting to my full potential. It’s stopping me from unleashing my power.”

I won’t let Dark kill me. If I let him, then the whole world will be doomed. I have to survive. But how will I?

“It was hard to get rid of Mark. I hope that it won’t be a pain in the neck to get rid of you.”

I will not give up easily. I have to stay alive for Mark.

“Are you ready to die?”

Dark began to laugh as he started beating me up. He kept on hitting me with his fists. He started hitting my head on the wall.

“I am enjoying this.”

I am starting to lose grasp of my consciousness. I might die. I have to hold on to dear life. My consciousness is slipping away. It’s abandoning me. I can’t hold on. I can’t think straight right now. I think this is it.

“You think I’ll let you die that easily? We have just begun. I’ll make you suffer. I’ll……”

I can’t keep track of what he is saying anymore. I can’t keep up. I am too weak. I slowly closed my eyes as I lost the inner battle of maintaining my consciousness.
