*Jenna's POV*When Jack and Jack are no longer in shock from the surprise he comes over and gives me a hug and kiss. I smile when he pulls away and intertwines our fingers.
"Where are the boys?" He whispers to me as we walk to the back of the restraunt.
"They are taken care of." I say not wanting to mention that they are at my parents house.
"Okay." He says.
"Great job on your movie baby." I say once we are seated.
"That's what this is for." He states with a smile.
"Yup pretty much." I say.
As we sit down Jack starts talking to the others. When I am about to start talking with them my phone goes off. I check it and see that it's my mom.
Mom: when are you coming to get the kids?
Jenna: after the party
Mom: PARTY?!? You are so irresponsible.
Jenna: I meant celebration."I am so stupid. Frick." I say having a Brent Rivera moment.
"What's wrong?" Skye asks.
"Uhm I was talking to my old college chancellor." I lie.
"Is everything alright?" Jack asks.
When I'm about to answer my phone goes off with an email alert.
To: Jenna Lee
From: NYU chancellor- Harold Jennings
Subject: Transfer Problem
Miss Lee,
This is a message about your request to transfer to the online version of college. I am sorry but we would have to make you start all over in your courses. If I were in your position then I would just stick with regular classes until you finish you degree.
~ Harold Jennings (chancellor of NYU)I read it and then Jack takes the phone from my hand and he reads it.
"Are you going back to New York?" He asks.
Everybody turns their attention towards me.
"I might have to." Is all I can manage to say.
"You can't leave." Skye says.
Jack still has my phone and it goes off with a message from my mom.
Mom: you better leave immediately and come get these children of yours."Jenna I can't believe this. How dare you take the kids to your parents house without asking me." Jack says in a quiet voice.
"Sorry but I didn't feel comfortable around your parents." I say.
He stands up and I chase after him. He gets in the car and I get in next to him. He starts driving away quickly.
"Where are we going?" I ask.
"To get my kids." He replies.
"You mean our kids." I say.
"The way you are acting it seems like they are mine." He says.
"How dare you say that." I say.
He glares at me and pulls into my parents' driveway, "Go get the kids." He snaps.
"Fine I will." I say.
I walk and I see that they are ready to go. My mom and dad don't say anything so I just step outside and see that Jack isn't there anymore. What is wrong with him. I call Skye and she thankfully picks up.
(S- Skye, J- Jenna)
J- Hey can you help me?
S- Sure what's wrong?
J- Jack left me at my parents' house. I really don't want to ask then for help.
S- Okay so I'll be right there.
J- Thank you so much.I hang up and see that it's starting rain. I walk onto the porch of the house since it's covered and I just wait.
When Skye comes I quickly run over to the jeep. She helps me put the boys in. I get in and she starts driving.
"So why are you here?" She asks.
"My mom was watching the boys and we came here to get them." I reply.
"You trust your mom?" She asks.
"Yes I trust my mom. At least she is questioning the relationship Jack and I have." I say.
"Wait Jack wasn't lying then. He told us about the fight his mom caused." She says.
"Oh." Is all I say and we drive the rest of the way quietly.
Maybe I should go back New York. Maybe I should talk with Jack before though. She drips me off at the house. I say my goodbyes and then head into the house. I see Jack sitting on the couch with her.
(A/N: sorry for the short chapter but I had more typed and then it got deleted... twice. But a short chapter never hurt anybody and I will most likely update later- if Kara has any say in it then I will be updating again- after school. Hope you enjoyed it. Bye!)
