Roic carried an unconscious Jasmine into the crystal room and Mad Eye quickly saw them, smiling wide he started to laugh.

"Satisfied sir?" Roic asked as he laid Jasmine down onto a table in the middle of the room.

"Oh yes." Mad Eye walked over to her and looked over her. "Good work, Roic."

"Thank you, sir. Do you want me to leave the room while you deal with the problem?"

"It's not ready." Mad Eye said, nodding to the glowing crystal behind him.

"What do you mean it's not ready?" Roic asked, starting to get a little impatient. He'd gone out of his way and almost died to get the princess where Mad Eye wanted her, and now something was in the way of his plan being fulfilled?

"It's not powerful enough." Mad Eye replied, looking over Jasmine once more before clearing his throat and walking over to his desk. "Killing her will take a lot of power, and I've already used too much to get her here unnoticed by her own father. Now go and make sure no one suspects a thing."

"Yes, sir." Roic nodded before leaving the room. Mad Eye grumbled to himself and walked back over to Jasmine. As he did so, his heart began to hurt and he had to rub his forehead from the memories that were coming back into his mind, happy memories too. He growled and turned away from Jasmine, closing his eyes to refocus on what he was doing.

Peter and his siblings had no idea that Jasmine was taken and in very true danger, so were going about their day like nothing was wrong. Mr and Mrs Pevensie were out with friends, Susan and Lucy were moving Lucy's things back into her room, Edmund was out with Kate yet again, and Peter was talking to the professor over the phone to learn more about the possibility of become a teacher. And also to talk to Jasmine.

"Thanks for your help professor. It's much appreciated." Peter said down the phone, finalising the notes he was taking whilst on the phone to the man.

"Oh no worries, Peter. Happy to help." The professor said.

"Do you think I'll be any good at it? I don't want to let Jas down."

"The only way you will let her down is if you don't try. You want that future with her, don't you? A house, a marriage?"

"I do. More than anything."

"Then don't give up until you have it."

"Yes, sir."

"Good. Now if you would please wait a moment, I will go fetch Jasmine."

"Thank you, sir." Peter said, just as Edmund and Kate had come in the front door.

"We're back!" Kate announced before seeing Peter on the phone. "Oops. Sorry." She whispered, then walked past Peter to get to the living room.

"Who's that?" Edmund asked as he hung up his coat.

"It should be Jasmine if you want to say hello." Peter replied.

"Oo, thanks." Edmund waited patiently next to Peter for Jasmine to come onto the phone, but it was taking longer than expected.

"Where's the groceries?" Peter asked his brother. Edmund looked to his hands and let out a annoyed sign.

"I can't believe we forgot the one thing we went out for."

"I can believe it." Peter replied, earning an unamused face from Edmund.

"It's weird though. I was so focused on getting the groceries for about 10 minutes and then I just forgot and we came back here. Like we completely forgot." Edmund said as Kate reappeared in the corridor.
