(Sarah's POV)
Jerome's parents weren't able to make it to the wedding since the flight got cancelled because of storms.
"Mom?! Dad?!" Jerome hollered through the house.
"Jerome? Is that you?" His mom walked out from the kitchen. "Oh how long it has been." She hugged him.
"And you must be Sarah. Jerome told us all about you." She hugged me too, surprisingly.
"Mom stop." Jerome's face was a deep shade of red.
"Aw is your mom embarrassing you?" I teased him.
"Uh... Um... No." He got even more red.
"Haha I think it's adorable." I kissed him.
Jerome's mom asked if we were hungry and Jerome said yes. So we all sat down and had some pizza. We talked about the past few years. Believe it or not I've never met Jerome's parents. I've known Jerome for what, about 4-5 years and I've never met his parents. Some things are just too crazy. Mr. Aceti wasn't home yet though so I'll have to wait.
"I'm terribly sorry of what happened to Mitch" Mrs. Aceti put her hand on Jerome's shoulder.
"Let's-Let's not talk about this..." Jerome looked up at me.
I don't think I should've told him...
I don't think I should've told him that Mitch is still alive...
