Cooking began and most of the students are impressed by Akiro and Lan fast pace cooking.
"Lan, your task is to make the uncooked pastry and how long is the sauce ready," Akiro said.
"The sauce will be ready in 10 minutes," Lan said.
"Then give all the spices and the ingredient that will be needed for meat to me," Akiro said.
"Hai, Akiro-sama. The uncooked pastry will be ready in 15 minutes," Lan said.
As Akiro begins to work on the meat and Lan began to work on the dough. In the kitchen, they seem like the God of War and the Tiger of War has descended to the battlefield. Lan neatly and quickly made the uncooked pastry while Akiro is preparing the meat and giving the finishing touches to the sauce. As the preparation has finished the both began to cover the meat with the pastry and put it to the oven.
On the other hand, the Aldini brothers were focused on their cooking but also surprise at the duo.
"Nii-chan, those two are amazing." Said Isami.
"But we are not gonna lose to them." Said Takumi.
"Of course! Nii-chan. " Said Isami as he and Takumi continue cooking.

The dish of the duo and the brothers are finished. Now is on the tasting of the teacher to determine the victor.
"Please, grade this!" Said Takumi as he put down a beautiful looking beef wellington side with mushroom sauce, tomato, and a plant garnish.

"The meat is perfectly cooked by the looks of its color and the pastry has a good ratio with how much the meat was tucked in. " Said the teacher, " And now for the taste. The pastry was perfectly cooked while the meat has retained its juiciness. The sauce complements the Beef Wellington very well and I can see that you mixed in some Italian influence to your dish. It is like a fusion of cuisine. "
"Yes, we used Italian style techniques to make the pastry and used Prosciutto and Porcini mushroom." Said Takumi as he takes another plate and gives it to Akiro and Lan, "Here, try it your self. "
"Then, thank you for the meal." Akiro said and take a bite, "Takumi-san, this is really good."
"Of course!" Said Takumi.

"Takumi Aldini, Isami Aldini, this is an A," Said the teacher.
"Grazie!" Said both of them.
"Hai, please grade this sensei," Lan said and thought. Akiro-sama, why are we doing this again? As he put down the plate with a beautiful Beef Wellington that smells so good.

"The color of the meat is splendid and for the taste." As the teacher takes a bite and thought, I have never eaten anything like this before. It like I have challenge a War God and the butler. I can't believe it. The texture, the taste, the combinations are almost perfect. I just can't believe it.
As the teacher was dumbfounded while Akiro takes a plate of the Beef Wellington and give it to the brothers and said, " You gave us a taste of your dish and now it is our turn to give the taste of our dish."
"Teacher, what are our grades? You haven't told us our grades yet." Lan said. On the brothers' end, they took a bite of the dish and soon was thinking, I have never eaten anything like this. Those guys are on a league of their own. While Akiro was drinking tea that Lan made earlier.
"This time is an A but I am sorry to say that I can't give you guys a better rating than this." The teacher said and thought, Two monsters have come.
"Thank you and glad you liked it." Akiro and Lan said.
"We may lose this time but next time we will win." Said Takumi.
"Then I and Lan will be waiting for you to challenge me again, Takumi-san and Isami-san. For your Beef Wellington, the meat was overcooked for 5 seconds and the pastry is a bit dry. The sauce could use something to make the beef shine. That is all I can say, let's go, Lan." Akiro said while leaving the brothers amazed.
"Akiro-sama, the next lesson is Argonomics, and are you sure we are going to live there." Said, Lan.
"Yes, I already told father about this." Said Akiro.
