The Center Of The World

The tallest mountain with the highest peak is him
A structure that will not wither nor bend,
even with strong winds
A ray of sunlight lives on his skin
It shines over the world

Hair spun to gold by angels then placed onto his perfect head
The ocean was removed from the earth to exist under long lashes

Blue
Blue
Blue

A sky, An ocean, A moon

Stars disguised as freckles were brought down to rest upon bare flesh

Red roses were drained from their color,
the rouge dusted over chiseled cheeks
Strawberries sought their flavor after soft thin lips

The great vast of the galaxy compressed itself into a smile
The deep echo of a forest is his laughter,
it resonates throughout the land
In deep pitches that boom strong, strong enough to cause an earthquake

His voice a low Do, Re, Mi note played on a cherubs harp
Enchanting like the song of a siren
Inciting dizzy spells upon you

Sit under his shade, drink in his words
Words that taste sweeter than cherries
Alas he is the center of the world

And I revolve around him...
