The game between thew went way too far ...

"Dani, cariño ¿estás despierta?" a loud voice from downstairs woke Dani and Nano up. Her mother was finally home.
"Get in the closet!" Dani whispered throwing his clothes at him. The LED lights on the ceiling, which were still on from the night before, were blinking in different colors. She reached for the remote so she can switch them off. The girl got a t-shirt from the chair near the bed and put it on, then pulled her hair in a messy bun and laid down again.
"Mamá son las 8 de la puta mañana ¡es obvio que no estoy despierta!" Dani shouted before her mom entered the room. The middle-aged woman looked stunning for her age, dressed in a long, tight skirt and a red shirt. Her perfectly manicured hand was fisted on her hip. She rolled her eyes when she saw her daughter lying in bed looking miserable, with a half empty bottle of vodka and open pack of cigarettes right above her head on the nightstand. "I see you were partying all night." Nora pointed with judgement in her tone.
"Yep... Is there something important or I can go back to sleep?" Dani replied annoyed and still sleepy. She did not mean to be rude with her mother, but their relationship wasn't that great and that was the way they talked to each other. They hardly ever saw each other because Nora was very busy and travelled a lot. She was a lawyer, a pretty good and successful one. She lost control on Daniela when she was 14 and now there was no going back.
"No, I just got back from Toledo and I wanted to see you." Nora turned around leaving "you slept in your makeup. Honey you're gonna wrinkle faster than me" she added pointing the black color on her daughter's face from the smudged mascara and eyeliner around her eyes and then left.
Nano peaked through the closet door to make sure that the woman was out of the room.
"What was that whole thing about?" Nano asked confused
"I don't want my mom to see you here. She's gonna start asking questions and I hate that."
"And what are we gonna do?"
Dani rubbed her eyes and checked her phone. "It's Sunday, she's about to go to lunch with her friends in an hour. I'm gonna go downstairs and get some coffee." She said standing from the bed.
In five minutes she returned with two cups of coffee, handed one of them to him and left her one on the nightstand, then went to the vanity and wiped off her make up. "Let's go out on the balcony." she pointed the doors. The girl got her cup, the pack of cigarettes and the black lighter he gave to her the previous night and went to open the balcony doors.
Nano noticed the fact that she wasn't wearing any pants and smirked following her outside and pulling out a cigarette. Dani sat on the rail, because the top part was wide enough. She crossed her legs lighting her cigarette and sipping from her cup of coffee. They talked for a little without saying many personal thing. Dani knew that this wasn't going to be anything more than a hook-up. The talking was just a way to kill the time before he could leave and probably never see her again, or at least to see some parts of her.

They both weren't the relationship type of people. For Dani it brought a major trauma because of her last and only relationship with Guzman, when they were 13-14. It was childish thing and it wasn't that serious but she was left hurt because Guzman fell in love with Lu and abounded Dani. Now she has moved on from it, but she was convinced that the relationships aren't worth the time and the efforts. For Nano it just wasn't something that he liked. He wanted to be free to do whatever he wanted and he did not like to follow rules. And these were the things that brought him so much trouble.

After sometime had passed, Nano left Dani's place. On the whole way back home he couldn't think of anything but her. Ever since he first saw her entering the through the door of his apartment he couldn't get his eyes from her. There was something strange about her that made him curious. It wasn't only her looks, but the way she played with him the previous night was messing his head so much. It was the first time that a girl had managed to get under his skin, let alone for less than 12 hours.

Dani laid in her bed, staring at the sealing above her. What had just happened? A random hookup was not exactly her way of doing it, let alone her classmate's brother that she briefly knew. But the fire she saw at him at Marina's party the previous week made her crazy. She knew she wanted to play a bit with him just to see how far she can get. She was satisfied. Maybe it was the substances that messed up her brain, or maybe it was him that did it. But after the talk she was certain, she would try everything to go even further in this game.
