Love by Chance

Love By Chance is one of my favorite BL series, a fun series. Love it so freaking much. Can't tell you how many times I'd rewatched, seriously lost count. I consider it to be one of the best Thai BL series out there.

Great shit, but there's stuff in it which is straight up shit.

With that horrible transition I had the balls to keep. Instead of writing about the things which made me love it I'm going to first talk about what I hate about it. Because you know, that makes total sense in my mind.

1.Evil characters
Okay, It's not what I hate about it much more who'd I hate about it.

There's many great/good characters in the series I fell in love at first sight . Then, I'd fell out of love with a character-Kengla- when I saw the horrible shit they done to their "partner."

And there was a character I hated at the jump, Trump. Not am surprised, his name was a dead giveaway that I'm not going to like him.

Of course I'm going to start with the one I hated the most. Even more than Trump, the guy who outed Pete, and after beating him up stole his money. One of the most top evilest pieces of shit in Thai BL history who was somehow pair up. . .

Kengla:
The saddest thing is I did actually like him at the beginning. Even him being two faced self.

Why?

Simple! I love a wolf in sheep's clothing's, but a predatory wolf? Fuck no.

I'm really interested in the psychology behind when a person falls in love two faced person.

Who do they fell in love with?

Did the actions of the pretender they end up loving their personality? Or some will argued, that loving their personality they end up loving their actions.

I agreed with the second statement, it makes sense to me. How can you fall in love with a person without liking their personality?

Attraction? I can understand.

Love? Sound very far fetch for me. It almost impossible for it to be true, pretty sure they're tricking themselves to thinking into it.

Kengla pretended to be this good kid around Techno, but what happens when his true personality (not intentions because the book show how that end up) comes to light? Techno feelings for him might change, because he fell for his "personality" not his actions. I want to see how'll it be explained.

SPOILER!! He did forgave Kengla's deceitful actions after breaking up with him in the book because he fell for the Kengla he KNEW. END!!

Though, since love is a universal thing that a lot of people have different construct of, means love is different for anybody.

Personally, I cannot be able to love a girl without loving their personality firstly instead of their actions.

Anyways!

Caused Im really into the whole idea, I wanted to see how it will end up when Techno learning the truth about Kengla. Techno did fell in love with facade of Kengla put on. Not a spoiler: We all know Techno will somehow will because it's a BL.

Triggering! Rape!
Then, me caring about the relationship development all went to shit when Kengla put his nasty ass dick near a drunk half-asleep Techno! Didn't care anymore! I was just piss and all I wanted is to pull of Kengla and strangled him.

Honestly, I read the book on here just to see how the hell they got together after the series ended.

Reading the entire book (in my reading lists for anyone who wants to check it out) and not giving out any spoiler, I honestly can state in all the adaptations of the characters such as HTS/LBC/TTTS I rooted for ChampTechno all the way.

Hurrying moving on to ChampTechno.

Oh wait! Forgot the other one.

Trump:
Sucks because he's him.

2.ChampTechno
This is the couple I believe to be canon no matter what.

In all the things I saw them on Love by Chance/TharnType/How To Secretly I found them to have great chemistry.

They belong together and are the better pair simple as that. Cute, sweet, playful, and caring to one other.

There's no raping, manipulation, controlling, emotional abusing, and other toxicity unlike with KenglaTechno. Kengla can go away to jail and ChampTechno should call it official.

You know, ChampTechno are basically dating just need to put a label already for Kengla to take the hint he's not and never was welcome into Techno's life.

3.Production
Amazing! This was the first BL I saw with a (seemingly) high level production. I am not at all bother with the production of the other dramas I watched before. But I appreciated the better quality I saw on LBC.

4.Acting
Yes! The main casts are amazing actors, noticed it right off the bat.

5.Couples
Except TumTar and KenglaTechno every couples are amazing. TumTar is a iffy.

Chemistry all around!

Gotta break the rest short caused it too long. I blame Kengla.
