"What?! How dare he lie to the princess and go to such an immoral place!" Kija yells after finding out that Hak and I were in a brothel.

"I've lost my respect for him. Yoon crosses his arms.

"Woah, woah, woah! No one's questioning why I was there?!" I ask. Everyone looks at me.

"Oh right, we'll I lost my respect for you as well." Yoon replies.

"Now hold on. You guys need to listen to..." Hak sweatdrops.

"Kija, Yoon. Don't say such things." Yona orders. "Even Hak has times when he wants to play with girls. And Himari... has times when she wants to watch."

What?! Does she know what she's talking about?!

"Don't say something outrageous like you know it all." Hak says, his eyebrow twitching. He gasps and grabs Kija, Yona, and I, pushing us into an alley. "Be quiet. It's the officers. We should leave once we've got what we need." Two officers walk past the alley, no even stopping for a moment to look at the various stalls or suspicious areas.

"We draw too much attention." I say as we exit the dark alley. "By the way, is the Green Dragon in town?"

"Actually, his presence disappeared." Kija answers.

"Um...!" A voice says, trying to get our attention. I look towards it and see a girl with short brown hair, the girl we saved yesterday.

"Huh? You're that girl." Hak says.

"Yes. Thank you for yesterday." She bows.

"It's dangerous for you to walk around here where the officers are." I say.

"I can't help it. I work around here so..." the girl trails off.

"But..." Hak starts and looks at the others. "Let's go somewhere else."

"What?! You punched and kicked an officer?!" Yoon yells.

"Basically. But it was another guy that kicked him." I answer.

"What a courageous passerby." Yoon stares at us suspiciously. "You did something that stands out a lot, huh?"

"We were being extra careful." Hak says.

"Do the officers here do things that stupid in broad daylight?" Yoon questions.

"Yes." The girl answers. "They make a racket in stores, take girls that they want... all we can do is try our best not to provoke them."

"Why?" Yona asks.

"Yang Keum-ji." I answer, softening my gaze.

"Keum-ji?" Yoon looks at me confused.

"I heard he's the lord of Awa." Hak says. "That everyone in this town is afraid of him."
