Now, the one advantage to having someone that isn't your family know that you're a psychic is that you can talk to that person in your head and they don't have to be freaked out when they hear a voice in their head. Saiki preferred to be non-verbal, as one would if they had psychic abilities. So whenever he was bored in class, (which was almost every time) he would just talk to you. Now, here's the kicker with the sadistic man that is Saiki Kusuo. He altered your being when you were 7, making you have some psychic abilities: mainly weaker forms telepathy and telekinesis. It happened so suddenly and granted he really had a weaker sense of control on his powers back then, but it somehow made your connection with him even stronger.

You had gone over to Saiki's house, hoping that he would want to hang and play with the new action figure set you had gotten. You could have never expected what happened that day.

"Heya Ku! Do you want to hang out today? Mama said-"

"Not today (Y/N). My head hurts, I had a premonition and had to stop something from happening."

"Ku, are you sure you can't come? We can have jelly and-"

"No. Can you just leave me alone? Why do you have to be so annoying?"

"You don't have to be mean Kusuo..."

"And you don't have to be so annoying about it! How would you feel with this burden?!"

"I bet you're just exaggerating!"

"Oh, I'M exaggerating? Let's see how you like it!!"

Did he regret giving you some abilities? Yeah, because it was a spur of the moment decision and now you have a smaller torment than him (50 meters was still a lot, but less than his 200.) And can you really blame him? He was 7 too.

But some selfish part of him was glad he gave you at least some small portion of his power, you were someone worth keeping.

That also meant that he couldn't get into your mind since you could block him out. You were an unexpected variable in his life, which most of the time he hated but he was fine with it for some reason. He had learned that you were predictable enough, and you usually wore your feelings on your sleeve, so he could technically read you.

Hey Ku!! Earth to Ku! Come in captain Ku!

Shut up, what do you want.

Help meeeee. I don't get #5 on the paper and you know I won't cheat. Besides, you're zoning out again.

Good grief (Y/N), you just take the antiderivative.

Okay, but why would teach do that if the entire worksheet is just derivatives?

How would I know?

Forget I asked, we both can read his mind.

At least you have an off switch.

And for that, I am grateful oh great god Kusuo. Anyway, Cafe Mami after this?

And I'm the god?
