Mitch's POV~~~~~~~~~~~

I didn't remember how it happened or when it happened but I was blindfolded and tied to a chair.

I struggled in the chair, trying to loosen up the rope from my hands.

"Mitch, stop. Save your energy." A familiar voice told me.

"Connor? You did this?!" I yelled angrily. He shushed me right away, telling me to keep it down. I whisper-yelled, "Why did you do this?"

"I didn't," Connor replied. "I'm in the same predicament as you are." I felt hand touch mine from behind my back and I instantly understood. We were back to back, both tied and blindfolded.

We sit there in silence, one of us coughing awkwardly.

"Why?" I whispered to him.

"Why what?"

"Why did you kiss her?" I heard Connor take a long, deep sigh inwards.

"Mitch, I couldn't help myself. You know how much I liked Alex. Since I promised you, I couldn't show how much I adored her," I started to tear up. "And when I saw her, so vulnerable, I just couldn't hold myself back. I'm sorry, man." I teared up, squeezing my eyes shut.

"I-I just..." I swallowed my pride in one large gulp. "Because of my Drama Queen shit back at the house, look at where we are now. Captive to the Equalists."

Connor grabbed my hand reassuringly. "We'll be fine, bro. Lets just wait it out for now."

We waited... And waited... Hours on end! It felt like days have past when I heard a booming voice overhead.

"Welcome to Hell!" The voice said. I sensed a sadistic tone to it.

Conner nudged me, whispering, "Don't say anything."

The voice continued, "We don't take trespassing kindly, benders." I could feel this person smiling wickedly.

This is not going to be good... I said to myself.
