Uno has a reputation for being difficult and always getting his ways.

He was enigmatic and exacting,  he was unable to keep an assistant for long,  mapa babae man o lalaki,  bakla o tomboy,  bata o matanda.  

Mahirap maka cope up sa kanya ang mga young professionals. He was a demanding and perfectionist kind of boss. At his young age , he had already developed that sense of responsibility for their company.

Even appealing and pretty girls ay walang power o effect sa kanya. For him, if there was one thing that will impress him, yun ay ang magtrabaho ng maayos. No room for mistakes. make one mistake where you couldn't justify it, you're in for an insult.

 
Ang mga mas matatanda naman sa kanya,  di maka relate sa kanyang gusto. 

More than being a well known civil engineer and a developer, he was also a business mogul and a financial guru behind the business and if his friends and executives were to believed, he couldn't keep a personal assistant because he was too difficult to work for. His demands were just too much to handle.

He was not picky when it comes to gender, talagang strikto lang sya sa trabaho, kayat ngayon, nag absent without leave na naman ang kanyang assistant dahil lang sa napagalitan nya to just because of the wrong file na nae-send sa kanyang email.

"Mr. Galvez, I want you to look for my new assistant. I don't want to wait for Eric to come back! Fire him if you must!" his voice was booming while he talked to his Human Resource Manager.

"But sir, its only been 3 days pa lang naman absent si Eric. Though di naman sya nagpasabi sa office kung bakit, we couldn't fire him yet. Mahirap kalabanin ang DOLE. Sakit sa ulo yan." sagot ni Ronnie sa kanya. 

He had been working for the company as the head of the Human Resource Department of CarGen Construction and Development Corporation for years. He was just a fresh graduate when the former CEO Engr. Carlos hired him to be his personal assistant. He was promoted to be the head of Human Resource Department nung nag retire ang unang head nito. 

When the younger Carlos took over as the CEO, isa sya sa mga mapapalad at mapagkatiwalang executive ng company na di nagalaw sa pwesto. The Carloses trusted him when it comes to people management. The younger CEO now may be much younger than he is, kasi kasing edad lang nito ang anak nyang panganay, yet he still have that same respect to him as he respected the former CEO. He knew Uno since he was young so alam nya na sa kabila ng paggiging domineering at unappreciative na boss, he has a good heart. 

Another thing, this company really knows how to take care of their employees very well. Maliban sa mataas magpasahod ang kompanyang to, very generous din sila when it comes to bonuses, and incentives. Plus, may mga kumisyon pa sila. That was one thing that Uno implemented when he took over, to increase their employees' salary. He believed kasi na kapag well compensated ang mga empleyado mo, gagawin nila ng maayos ang kanilang trabaho. At sa bawat maayos na trabahong nagagawa nila, kikita ng kompanya. It is a win-win situation.
