Mei's POV

I heard Yan's car pulling up to my house and received a text message from him, saying he was here already. I grabbed my purse and dashed to his car.

"Wow, you look really pretty Mei" He said with his signature grin that would make any girls heart flutter a little bit. Now looking at him a little closer, he was truly flawless, his skin was so smooth and his face shape impecable. Not one flaw I could point out. He was wearing a blue suit jacket with a white shirt and blue jeans.

"Thank you" I said returning a smile. I changed in to a black pant suit with a silver sequin top and silver heels. I kept my makeup simple and used a red lip tint and some eyeliner and some lashes. I felt quite pretty actually.

Yan drove to a bar in the centre of Shanghai, called "YY's" (Ying Yang) We entered and the decor was classy but fun. Ying yang symbols scattered the black walls, the bar was a sparkly white and the lights flashed different blues and pinks. The atmosphere was very fun and playful.

"I'll get us drinks, you grab us a seat" He nodded over to the seating area. The black leather booths looked very inviting. I sat in a booth close to another group of people, I recognised their faces from somewhere but for some reason I didn't quite know where from. Until in walked in the handsome boy from my first class this morning. The stern one. His hands shoved in to the pockets of his clean and crisp coat and a smile painted on his face.

I wander what his name is, he looks like he could be the Ximen one, he looks too serious to be called Daoming Si hmm... His smile is really cute...

My mind wandered and I found myself rudely staring at the group that was now staring back at me. The sudden eye contact of one versus four set of eyes caught me slightly off guard and I found myself scrambling for my phone as it was the only thing that could save me in that moment of tense confrontation. I heard them say something between them and laughs coming from their direction that made me wish Yan was here instead of flirting with a girl a few booths in front of me. Finally Yan came over and sat opposite me, so F4 could no longer see me as i was covered by Yans lean physique.

Huaze Lei's POV

I overslept like always. The boys and I wanted to celebrate our senior year at Ming De University by having a few drinks, so I thought I'd take a nap before going, but like always, I overslept and I had about 30 texts.

"Yeah I'm on my way" I said to Meizuo over the phone while walking to the bar that was close to my house. This was our favourite spot.

"There he is, the sleepyhead" States Daoming Si with his brows knitted together in fake frustration. The group and I laughed and I ordered a round of drinks on me.

As soon as I sat down I noticed a girl sitting alone in a booth not far from ours. She seemed lost in thought staring at us. She didn't look like she was judging or anything, she seemed more interested or mesmerized maybe? I caught the guys attention and mentioned it to them. We were caught in a sort of strange staring contest, but four against one.

"Why do you think she was staring? my dashing looks or my amazing body?" Said Ah Si cockily passing a hand over his body jokingly. The group errupted in to laughter. The girl looked uncomfortable or worried, suddenly pulling out her phone and clicking the screen a few times before a guy I've seen at school before came and sat down in front of her, so she was out of sight.

"She's in my music class"  I said bluntly, taking a sip from my beverage "She's new"

"I bet shell turn in to another fangirl" Laughed Ximen and the rest followed.

"She doesn't seem like that type" I state.

"You don't know her, how do you know that" Fought back Ah Si. I didn't respond. That's a common thing for me to do. At first when we where little the guys hated it but they've learned to put up with me and my habits.

Mei's POV

Yan and I were having a really good time. We drank and danced and talked for a few hours before we decided it was time to leave, after all it was a school night.

"Thank God my classes start at 10 tomorrow!" Said Yan, with a giggle at the end.

"Ahh nooo, you can't walk me to class tomorrow then" I pouted and faked an angry expression. Yan and I laughed the whole way back to my house.

"Get home safe, thank you for tonight and goodnight!" I waved to Yan as he pulled out of my driveway and drove in to the misty night roads. I quietly opened the door to my house and made my way to my bedroom where I saw my bed neatly made with my pyjamas folded on the bench on the end of my bed. I quickly changed,  washed my face and got in to bed and looked at all the pictured me and Yan had taken together at the bar and my eyes started fluttering closed.

Next Morning

Beep, beep, beep, beep...

I groaned at the sound of my alarm interrupting an amazing dream of me and a famous idol about to kiss. I hate when that happens.

"Miss Mei?" I heard my maid call.

"I'm awake, don't worry, you can go and rest, you don't have to be up this early"

I forced my body out of the comfort and warmth of my bed and showered quickly, threw on an outfit and barely had time for breakfast before jumping in to the car and heading to school. My mom showed no sign of life since yesterday morning, but this was the norm. Mom disappears 2 or 3 days, could be in Shanghai, could be in London, who knows. I'm just happy she eventually comes back.

"Miss Mei we are here" The car came to a halt as I stepped out and thanked the driver. I looked at my schedule and at my map of the school. I tried to figure out where the hell my music class was and I had no luck finding it by myself.

Damn it the school can't be that big... where would it be...

I sat on some brown wooden stairs by the main entrance that many students in groups were populating. I looked hard at the map and still couldn't figure it out. Suddenly I heard a girl shouting. I looked over to see a short girl with short hair and bangs yelling at one of those F4 boys, the one with the twists in his hair. Out of nowhere she charged towards him and kicked him in the face. I was shocked and realised it was the girl who's phone the twist hair guy broke.

"I hate you Daoming Si!!" She shouted.

Ah, so hes Daoming Si...

Daoming Si's friends helped him up and he cussed out the girl as they walked away. I got up and walked in to the main building to look for this damn music room because i had class in 10 minutes.

Why is this school so massive? is that the stern boy from my class? maybe he can help me

"Excuse me, can you hel-" I was cut off by the messy haired tall boy.

"What do you want" He said so bluntly, as if I was bothering him, not even bothering to turn around to face me.

"I can't find the music room, can you help me?" I asked him. He made a signal to follow him with his fingers and didn't utter another word to me.
