"C'mon Eva, cheer up! It's Friday," Lola attempted to make me smile. I just sighed before shaking my head. "What's a matter?" She asked.

"It's just- oh, never mind." I stopped myself from talking about Harriet. Even that dreaded name made me quake with fear.

"You can tell me, we're supposed to be best friends." She nudged my side. "Is it a boy?" She stopped me, and because I hadn't answered pronto, she jumped to conclusion. Normal Lola. "Oh my- it's a boy!" She squealed.

I rolled my eyes at her enthusiasm. Before I could argue, the bell rang. "Tell me all the details after 2nd period!" She screamed, before practically skipping down the corridor.

I went to my AP English class. It was the only AP class I had... like ever. I didn't really pay attention, I was too busy creating a fake crush to get Lola off my back.

I chewed the back of my pen, being stumped in what to call him. I had describe him of having mustard blonde hair, glowing green eyes and the slightest stubble. The only name in mind that would suit this man was Harriet George.

"Miss. Robin," My English teacher, Mr. Humphrey shouted from the front of the class. "Seeing that I haven't asked you something all lesson, mind enlightening the whole class of the famous speech of Hamlet?"

"By which Hamlet?" I asked, dodging the question. The whole class giggled at my stupidity and I immediately blushed.

"Thank you Miss. Robin, please stay behind after class." Mr. Humphrey sighed and then continued with the lesson. I was pretty distracted for the rest of it but I tried my hardest to concentrate.

The bell rang, signalling the end of period 1. "Miss. Robin." Mr. Humphrey beckoned me to the front of the class as everyone left.

"Eva," He sighed, taking off his glasses. "What's going on? Family troubles?"

"No Mr. H," I shook my head. "I just hate boys." I rolled my eyes.

"Well, to your surprise, I am a male and I know we can be hassle Eva, but we come in handy from time to time." He smiled. Mr. Humphrey could make me smile anyday.

He's looks alone could make a girl swoon, but he always covered it with coffee cardigans or ankle swingers. I knew Mr. Humphrey was 24, but he acted like an 80 year old.

"Thanks Mr. H, I'm late to Art." I smiled at him. He nodded and let me go to my next lesson. As I entered, all eyes were on me for about 4.4 milliseconds before hey returned to their work.

"Ahh, Miss Robin. Mr. Humphrey explained your tardiness to the office, you may sit." Ms. Jayleen told me, with a French accent.

Art was over fast, and I was dredding explaining my fake crush to Lola. To be honest I was an awful liar. As I was whisked out the class, I was thinking about making a run for but Lola caught up with me.

"So... Mystery man, huh?" She wiggled her eyebrows.

"His name," I took a deep breath. "Is Harriet George."

"Harriet?" She raised an eyebrow. "A little bit eccentric, don't ya think?" She giggled. "Is he even real?"

"Of course he is," I scoffed. "I love how his emerald eyes shine in the moon light, or how his hair rolls with the wind." I just thought of the opposite of the real Harriet.

"Woah," Lola mumbled. "Do you have any photos?" She asked, with begging eyes.

"Gosh Lo! I'm not a stalker." I rolled my eyes.

"Really?" She raised an eyebrow accusingly, and the 'rlly-betch-you-gon-lie-2-me' look on her face.

"I feel like there's a flashback coming along." I groaned at Lola. She made a swoosh sound that made it seem like we were in a kids TV show.

"In 2nd Grade, you had a crush on Luke Charms. As I recall, we followed him home for 2 weeks! When you finally got the courage to ask him out, he said no. Why? Because he had noticed you stalking him for ages!" She smirked approvingly.

"Yeah, yeah. You've made your point." I rolled my eye's as we entered the canteen. Lola and sat and talked about how suck ass the new episode of Dora The Explorer was.

I smiled at her, but then I noticed someone leaning against the wall. I squinted at them and noticed it was Harriet.

Why was he here? I immediately felt sick to my stomach. "Lola, I need to pee." I stood up.

"Oh, I'll c-"

"No Lola, just- stay." I ordered her. She nodded and stayed seated. As I entered the girls bathroom, I noticed I was the only one in there.

I sighed before running a the tap to the brim of the sink. I splashed a bit of cold water on my face, hoping I would stop hallucinating.

I was staring at the sink when suddenly, someone pushed my head in the water. They wrapped their cold fist in my hair as I continued to down. I was screaming for help, but no one could hear me under water.

My head was pulled out of the water and yanked next to Harriet's shoulder. I gritted my teeth as he spoke to me. "Oh Eva, so young." He whispered in my ear.

"So pretty." He unraveled my hair before disappearing.
