'Pez, you need to teach me how to be gay.'

Jade slammed the front door shut and looked at her roommate. Anyone else must have burst into laughter after that kind of statement but Perrie was kind of used to it from Jade. So while Perrie was just having breakfast with one of her one-night-stands, she looked up with an amused smile and said: 'Jade, it's eleven o'clock on a Saturday. I need more context with that statement. Also, don't be rude and introduce yourself to our guest.' Perrie pointed at the girl sitting at the other side of the table.

The girl looked up shyly at Jade and stood up. 'You must be Jade. I'm Amanda, I'm Perrie's.... friend.' She reached out her hand.

'Yeah... I'm Jade. Nice to meet you, Amanda.' Jade shook her hand and she then turned to Perrie, but before she could continue her story the girl, who was apparently called Amanda, talked again.

'So Per, I actually have to go, I think, but we'll see each other later?' She picked up her purse from the floor and looked hopefully at Perrie.

"Yeah sure, I'll call you.' Perrie didn't even bother to look up.

After the girl left Jade turned to her best friend and said: 'Do you even have her phone number?"

'Nah... some of them aren't even smart enough to remember giving it to me.'

'That poor girl, you're such an asshole sometimes. Why can't you settle down with someone for a while?'

'Hey, I'm not an asshole. They just want to fuck too. And besides, I don't want to settle with someone, I have you'

Jade smiled and hugged her friend. 'Yes, you have me but I am your best friend, not your girlfriend. I'm not even gay.'

'Yeah... but apparently, you want me to teach you how to be gay?'

"Oh yes! I almost forgot about that! Will you please, please, please help me?'

'I'd love to help you, but you're going to have to tell me first why I have to help you with... that.'

'Well, you know how I auditioned for that film that's going to be in movie theatres in all of Europe? Well, I'm up for the part together with some other girl, and this morning they told us that they were going to make the character gay. Sooo, in a few weeks, I have a scene with my lover in the play and I need to be gay... cause you know there are going to be a few... eh... explicit scenes in the movie so yeah. Please help me?' Jade looked at Perrie with puppy eyes, knowing Perrie wouldn't be able to say no.

'Well, omg, Jade I'm so happy you've almost got the part and I'm sure you'll get it. And sure, I would help you although I don't know how I'd make you gayer. You know, I've been trying for years but you're still as straight as a ruler.' Perrie winked at the brunette.

'Ha, ha Pez, very funny, you know I'm just so scared that I won't be convincing enough. I don't know how to be in a gay relationship. Hell, I don't even know how it is to be in a normal relationship. You know I've never been in one longer than 2 months. And it has never been good guys. Ugh, I'm scared. But I guess, if you think it's too hard, I can just.... try on my own...' Jade batted her eyelashes and Perrie couldn't resist the cute girl before her.

'No, no, no it's not too hard.' Perrie rushed to stand up and give her friend another hug. 'I'll try. Lesson one: always bat your eyelashes, they are irresistible.'

'YAY! Thanks, Pez, I love you!' Jade jumped on her friend, who was caught off guard so they fell on the carpet together.

'You're welcome Jade, I love you too.' Perrie said while looking in Jade's eyes. Okay, make Jade gay. I can do that, right? I mean it certainly won't be hard acting all lovey-dovey towards Jade, considering I've had a crush on her for ages. It might be hard to keep my hands off of her. Ugh, this is a disaster already... or is it a good thing maybe?
