pt 10 - adaptation

h e  f e e l s  a g a i n
"ARE YALL FUCKIN IN HERE OR WHAT?!" Jungkook yells, slamming open the door to the back room.

"Jesus!" Jin screams, jumping up out of fear.

Namjoon sighs, and whispers something to Jungkook. Jungkook quickly nods and leaves. Namjoon then locks the door and leans against a wall.

"So. You said you're crazy for me?"

"I'm crazy for myself."

"Jin."

"Fine. I think you're amazing in every way. Is that what you wanna hear? Even though I deadass JUST confessed to you?" Jin says, walking towards Namjoon.

"Of course." Namjoon replies, stuttering.

Jin sets his hand on Namjoons chest and gently shoves him against the wall.

"Woah woah, not yet. We technically aren't even dating yet!" Namjoon says, a small smile growing on his face.

Jin sets his hands on either side of Namjoon's waist and looks into his eyes.

"Ah, you're right. But when we're dating, we can do this whenever you're ready, ya know?"

Namjoon smiles happily, knowing that Jin wouldn't just say that if he didn't care.

"Thank you."

"Let's head back to work, shall we?" Jin suggests, the two of them then leave the back room.

"So..." Hoseok slyly says, staring at the two.
Jungkook has a smirk on his face and Namjoon yells at them.

"DON'T ASSUME THINGS!"

"You know, yelling that is immediately going to make me and Hoseok suspect everything."

"Shut up Jungkook!" Jin yells in response to the younger boy's sass.

Jungkook rolls his eyes and scrolls on his phone, Namjoon and Jin exchanging looks as they begin to reset the things behind the bar counter.

"Ah!" Namjoon yells as he slips and begins to fall, grabbing Jin for stability as he nears the floor. Jin yells in surprise and is caught off guard as he also hits the floor.

The scene of this is quite chaotic. Namjoon looked like a kid, grabbing onto the side of Jin, clinging on there, as Jin was just, on the floor.

Hoseok and Jungkook run to see if they're okay and laugh at the sight. Hoseok grabs his phone and takes a picture, ignoring the fact that Jin is trying to get up and cannot.

Namjoon gets off of Jin's side, allowing him to stand up.

"Damn, you really are like a kid huh?" Jin remarks, as he regains his position at the bar and he begins practicing how to make different drinks. Namjoon stands up and tells everyone he's going to get some fresh air.

He walks outside, the chilly air blowing his face. He checks his phone.
