Hiii, I know I usually upload like every 4-5 days and I'm so sorry if you are impatient. I either don't have any idea or I'm just too busy to start writing a new chapter. Please forgive me, I'll try my very best to upload more frequently. Anyways I hope you enjoy this chapter! P.S Thank you so much for the votes! I actually never expected this many people to read my story!

Today was already Saturday and Kenma was getting very anxious.
"Kuroo, should I go to the park?" Kenma asked visibly terrified.
"No, no matter what, you're not going near that crazy woman," Kuroo said as he chopped up some strawberries. "Here, have some, they're sweet,"
"Thanks..."
Kuroo wasn't planning on getting Kenma hurt. He wanted to protect Kenma no matter what.
Well besides that, today Kuroo planned a date to get Kenma's mind off of things. He wanted to drag Kenma around town and have him do a scavenger hunt of all the memories they shared together. He was so excited when he set it up the day before, he asked some members of the volleyball club to help him.
"Hey Kenma! We're going to go out today so get ready!" Kuroo yelled from the kitchen.
"Uh, okay!"
When Kenma was finished getting ready, Kuroo instantly dragged him out of the house.
"Where are we going?" Kenma asked.
"It'll be fun, trust me,"Kuroo replied with a smile on his face.
Kenma stayed quiet a let Kuroo dragged him to wherever they we're going. When they got there, Kenma realized it was the park where they met and have confessed their feelings for each other.
"What are we doing here?" Kenma looked up at Kuroo.
Kuroo said nothing and just handed Kenma a piece of paper. Kenma read it and said, "So we're doing a scavenger hunt?" Kuroo nodded and told him to go find the next clue. Kenma smiled and looked down at the white piece of paper to read it again, go to the usual spot, Kenma looked over at the tree on top of the hill and went there. Where they had their first date, their hangout spot, it was filled with great memories.

Kenma's POV
Awe, how cute, Kuroo can just be adorable sometimes. I saw the another piece of paper near the tree, I picked it up and opened it.

The first place we hung out with each other outside of school.

The first place that we've ever hung out that was not school was at his house. "Is it your house?" I asked. He shrugged and said, "Why don't we find out?"
We walked to his house and I looked around outside his yard, I was looking for 15 minutes but I couldn't find anything.
"Kuroo~," I complained, "I can't find it, can you give me a hint?"
"Have you thought deeper about it?" He said, "Maybe it's not the house in general,"
Deeper? Well the first time was at his house, in his room. OH, his room! I went inside his house and greeted his family apologizing for disturbing them. I went up to his room and looked around, and I saw a piece of paper on his desk.
"Finally," I sighed, "That was too much work Kuroo," I complained.
"Well, you're gonna have to go around town so deal with it," Kuroo chuckled making me roll my eyes but also smiling.
He was right, we were going around town and it was so tiring. Notes after notes, it never seemed to end. After we were at Kuroo's house, we went to the bakery where my favorite apple pie was. Then we went to the school's gym where Kuroo had convinced me to join the volleyball club with him. We also went to salon I dyed my hair at. It seems like he was just making me going around to where all of our favorite memories are. I'm glad that he did, I really love all these places I've been to with him.
"Hey look, it's Kozume from Nekoma!" I heard a voice from afar. I tuned around to find Hinata and Kagayama.
"Hey!" Kuroo said, "What's up? Why are you guys all the way out here?"
"Oh nothing much," Hinata smiled giving Kagayama a glance. "So what are you guys up to?"
"Oh-,"
"We're on a date right now," Kuroo smiled cutting me off.
"Kuroo, you didn't need to cut me off," I said monotoned.
Hinata and Kagayama stood there stunned, "Actually, we're on one too," They whispered.
"So one of you finally confessed huh?" Kuroo smirked.
When Kuroo said that, Hinata and Kagayama blushed. They looked awkward so it doesn't seem like they've been together for very long.
"Well it's getting late, we should all go home," I said wanting to continue the scavenger hunt.
"Yeah you're right," They agreed, "Bye!"
We waved back at them then walked away.
The sun was setting and I was going to the final location but then Kuroo said, "Kenma, we should go home,"
"Why?" I asked looking around. "I really want to finish this, you worked so hard on it,"
"Kenma, let's go home," Kuroo said with a serious voice.
"But-,"
"No, we're going home," and without anything else being said, he dragged me home.

Kuroo's POV
Ever since we left my house, I've seen a shadowed figure in the background. Someone has been following us and watching our every move. I can't tell who it is but they've been following us around. When we were going to the final place, I didn't feel like we're safe anymore, so I told Kenma we're going home. He tried to fight back and said that he wanted to finish but I had no intention of letting him go since it wasn't safe.
As we walked back to Kenma's house I held him close to me still seeing the figure behind us. Kenma didn't talk to me because he was upset that he didn't get to finish the scavenger hunt. It was a long walk home, we were all the way on the other side of town. We made it home just when it got dark, I couldn't see the figure due to the lack of light but by now, I'm sure they already left. I think... Kenma was still made at the fact that he didn't get to finish so he got ready for bed early.
"Do you want dinner?" I asked through the bathroom door. There was no answer. "Kenma, I'm sorry we didn't get to finish, I'll make it up to you, please answer me,"
"Anything is fine," I heard him mumbled through the door. I smiled and went to cook something up. He came out of the bathroom with a towel over his neck, I went over to give him a kiss. He was pouting but still kissed me back.

CRASH

Narrator
Kuroo and Kenma heard something breaking from the living. Kuroo told Kenma to stay back as he went to see what it was. Kuroo quietly walked to the living room carrying a bat. He quickly stepped out with a bat over his head and yelled,
"WHO'S THERE," to his surprise, he didn't see anyone. The window was broken, Kuroo was very confused and he put the bat down. He walked around the living room cautiously, looking around to make sure no one was here. Maybe someone just threw a rock, he thought seeing a big rock on the living room ground.
"KUROO!" He heard Kenma's terrified voice screaming.
Kuroo immediately rushed into the room to find Suki cornering Kenma. The distance between them was still pretty far away.
"YOU'LL PAY FOR TAKING HIM AWAY FROM ME," She screamed.
Suki took out her knife and threw it. Kuroo jumped in front of Kenma the moment the knife was thrown, Damn it, he thought as it hit him right on the side of his stomach. Kenma started screaming and crying, no no no no no, this can't be happening, he thought.
"LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE," He cried out trying to get a hold of Kuroo. "PLEASE, STAY WITH ME," said Kenma, tears were forming and falling down as he frantically try to get his phone out.
Suki couldn't believe her eyes, she just threw a knife at the love of her life. What have I done... she thought.
"N-No, NO, IT'S BECAUSE OF YOU THAT HAPPENED," She screamed at Kenma starting to cry as well.
Kenma, too busy crying and trying to call the ambulance for his boyfriend and didn't give a damn about Suki. He finally got a hold of the dispatcher and told them everything that happened.

Kuroo's POV
Kenma's crying... Ow, it hurts, everything's getting blurry. I reached my hand up to Kenma's face and said, "It's okay... at least you're safe,"
I'm glad I got to feel his face. Everything's going dark now...

"KUROO, DON'T LEAVE ME, PLEASE!"

I know that sounds stupid but I've been mentally broken from all the sad anime I've been watching and I just can't-. This hurts my heart so much to just imagine Kenma crying. Well I hope you enjoyed that, and yes, I purposely made it a cliffhanger. I know I know, I'm evil >:)
