A/N I know it's been like a week since I've last posted and I am so sorry. I honestly thought that I would post this chapter like 3 days ago but reading mangas got the best of me xD Well to make it up for making you guys wait this chapter is a little longer than usual. I hope you enjoy :))

Summer went by way quicker than both Kenma and Kuroo had expected. The last two weeks was when Kuroo started packing up. Kenma once came over to help since he has nothing better to do. Kuroo insisted on Kenma staying home and relax but Kenma refuses and came to Kuroo's house anyways.
When Kenma got there Kuroo looked more nervous than he expected. Kuroo could barely say a single "Hi" to Kenma which worried him. Kuroo is always comfortable around so Kenma usually expect him yelling out his name and giving him a big bear hug. Today was different though, Kuroo said hi and that was literally it. Kenma wanted to say something but was overthinking a bit too much, that day he helped Kuroo but then left without saying a single thing to Kuroo. He didn't know what to do, was Kuroo falling out of love with him? Over the break everything was fine, they went out on dates and had a great time together, so why is this happening now?
The week went by and Kuroo didn't send him a single text message or a call, today is the last day that Kuroo was going to be here. Kenma couldn't stand it anymore so he gather up all his courage and went to Kuroo's house to confront him. Kuroo was loading the final of his boxes onto the truck. When he spotted Kenma, his eyes widened with panic.
"H-hey Kenma," Kuroo stuttered.
"Why have you been avoiding and me?" Kenma said not expecting his voice to be that firm.
Kuroo, not expecting Kenma to say something with such a serious voice, flinched. "I-,"
"Do you not love me anymore? Are you avoiding me because you found someone else? Am I not good enough for you?" Kenma eyes tearing up as he talk. "Did you just use me for fun?" Kenma continued but then was stopped by a hug. Kuroo wrapped him with his arms, Kenma could hear a little sniffle coming from Kuroo.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you think that. I couldn't bare to see you, I didn't want to you to see me weak. I don't want to leave you for Kyoto, but it's already been made final. I realized too late. Please forgive me, I will always love you, no one can replace you and you are more than enough for me," Kuroo voice cracked as he pulled away with tears streaming down his eyes. "I'm sorry I didn't spend my last week with you, but you can stay over tonight for my last night,"
Hearing Kuroo's word made Kenma cry even more. Especially seeing Kuroo being so vulnerable, it's a side Kenma has never seen. He quietly mumbled an okay with a small nod in Kuroo's chest. They silently sobbed into each other for a while knowing that long distance would be very hard, but they promised to see each other as often as they can.

Kuroo's POV
I didn't realize how much I had hurt Kenma, I didn't want to face him because I didn't want it to be hard for us but in the end I just ended up hurting him. I had invited him to stay the night since it was my last night, and I was planning to make it up to him. Since there wasn't a lot of things in my room now, beside 1/4 of my closet being Kenma's clothes from all the nights he had stayed over summer break. There was just my bed and desk, there was barely anything on the desk and my bed was just usually how it is. My closet was basically empty, there wasn't anything much in my room anymore.
Kenma came in looking stunned at how bare it was. His eyes widened and I could see the tears starting to form in his eyes again. I was about to comfort him but he went straight to the closet, took out some clothes, and went to the bathroom mumbling that he was going to wash up. I looked at the bathroom door worried, I went to check up on him after a few minutes and heard him sobbing. I knocked on the door which clearly startled him because the sink started running and was quickly turned off. I heard a weak "yes" coming from inside the room.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
Kenma replied saying, "Yeah, do you need anything?"
"No, I just wanted to check on you-," I was saying but then was quickly cut off by Kenma suddenly opening the bathroom door and pulling me in. He pushed me against the wall and started kissing me, I was completely caught off guard. I saw how red his eyes was from crying, I started to kiss him back with tears forming in my eyes.
He broke the kiss gasping for air, I took that chance to grab him and turn him around pushing him on the wall.
"Trying to be top for once eh?" I smirked.
He let out a small giggle, "I could never with you," I went back to kiss him but then he put his finger on my lips, "Sorry babe but I gotta shower," He teasingly say.
I whimpered , "How about we shower togeth-," I was again cut off from Kenma pushing me out of the bathroom.
"No thank you!" He quickly answered shoving me outside the bathroom. I sighed and walked back into my room plopping on my bed.

Kenma's POV
I can't believe I actually did that, I tried to top Kuroo. How could I ever do that? What has gotten into me? I blushed furiously as I close the bathroom door. I sat on the floor for 5 minutes thinking about what I had just done before actually getting up to shower.
I finished my shower and went to Kuroo's room. Immediately I was pulled down and pinned against the bed. Kuroo started kissing like there was no tomorrow, his passionate kiss just melted me. I kissed him back then realized he was asking for more, I decided to tease him and kept my mouth shut. He got frustrated so he tickled me, I opened my mouth to say stop then he took the chance to stick his tongue into my mouth.
he explored every inches of my mouth, he finally pulled away following with a string of saliva. Kuroo dropped beside me and cuddled up tightly against me. We snuggled for a bit and Kuroo fell asleep, Kuroo must've been really tired from working on moving his stuff. My eyes got tired from all the crying I did today so I fell asleep not longer after Kuroo did.

Narrator
The next morning Kenma woke up seeing Kuroo all ready to go. Kenma sprung up as quickly as he could and ran to hug Kuroo.
"You're leaving already?" Kenma asked.
"Yeah, I have to, it takes like 5 hours to get there," Kuroo answered Kenma with tears in his eyes.
"I'll miss you," Kenma choked trying to hold back his tears.
"I'll miss you too," Kuroo hugged Kenma as he sobbed into his shoulder. Kenma started sobbing into Kuroo's chest tightening his grip on Kuroo. They hugged for as long as they could and finally released each other.
"Make sure to call me when you get there!" Kenma reminded Kuroo as Kuroo got in the truck. "I love you!" Kenma's voice cracked.
"Yeah, I love you too!" Kuroo replied.
They shared one final kiss before the truck drove away into the distance. Kenma cried even harder when the truck was out of sight. Kuroo's parents comforted Kenma as he sobbed into Kuroo's mom arms.
"It's okay..." Kuroo's mom said softly patting Kenma's head shedding a few tears as well. Her son has finally gone off to college, he'll be all on his own. She was horrifically worried for her son's well being, he promised her to eat well and stay safe but she was still very worry.

It was nearly 6 hours later and Kenma kept staring at his phone, hoping to get a call of a message from Kuroo. Finally his phone rang and it was Kuroo! He answered it quickly.
"Hello?" Kenma said quickly. "Are you okay? Did you have a safe trip? Have you eaten anything?" Kenma blew up with questions.
"Woah there," Kuroo chuckled, "Looks like someone was really worried about me,"
"Well yeah! It's been like 6 hours!" Kenma looking down counting at his fingers.
"Yes I'm okay, my trip was safe and I have eaten," Kuroo calmly replied, "It took an extra hour to move all my stuff into the apartment, sorry it took so long,"
Kuroo could hear a sigh of relief on the other side of the phone, "That's good, have you gotten everything sorted out?"
"Yeah, I just need to go check my college campus tomorrow,"
"Okay, you should get some rest, you must be really tired from today,"
"Alright, goodnight, I love you Kitten,"
"I love you too,"
Kenma hung up and let out another sigh, he should really get some rest because he had to go to his school's orientation tomorrow. He turned off his phone and tried to go to sleep. In the end he couldn't help but play his video games, he hasn't touched it in the last 3 days because he's been busy crying. He ended up playing all night and didn't get a single ounce of sleep, he went to school very tired and wondered how he was going to get past the school year without Kuroo.
